This paper presents the results of study on chemical composition and some of anti- microorganism activity of ginger essential oil (Zingiber officinale Roscoe) and black pepper essential oil (Piper nigrum L.) in Me Kong Delta. The volatile oil obtained by the steam distillation without and with the assistance of microwave. The chemical composition of volatile oil was analyzed by GC—MS. Antimicroorganism was tested by MIC method.

Cd hai logi tinh ddu khdng tdt tren cdc vi sinh vdt thu nghiem.

Thanh phin hoa hpc dupe xac dinh bang phuang phip sic ky khi ghep khdi phd GC-MS, thuc hien Uen may Agilent Technologies 6890N (USA), cdt HP5-MS (dai 30 m; dudng kinh Uong 0,25 mm; ldp phim day 0,25 \xm) lien hop vdi miy khdi phd Agilent Technologies 5973 inert (USA), khi mang Heli (0,9 ml/phiit).
Chuong trinh nhiet dp: 40 °C (giir 2 phut), ting 3°C/phut cho d i n 200''C (giii 2 phut), tang 20°C/phiit din 250°C (giir 10 phut). Nhiet dp inlet: 250°C, nhiet dp MSD: 350°C. Thu vien phd NIST-MS search 2.0a-2002.

So vdi phuang phap chung cit bing ldi cudn hoi nude cd hd trp ciia vi sdng, thi phuang phap chung cit cd dien thdng thudng cd ham lupng cac ciu tii chinh cao hem.
Thinh phin chinh cua tinh diu tieu thu dupe bing hai phuong phap cit cd ham lupng tuang duang, /raw5-caryophyIIene (27%), limonene (15%), (5-3~carene (14%). Tuy nhien, chung cit bing Idi cudn hai nude cd hd Up cua vi sdng khdng thu dupe /ranj-caryophyllene.
