TOM TAT

Da xac djnh dupe ti trpng cua tinh dSu d 20°C: 0,875; chi s l axit (mg KOH/g): 0,643 va chi so este (mg KOH/g): 0,721. Tinh diu cay kinh gidi day Ha Giang duoc tach chiet bSng phuang phap chung cat loi cuon hoi nude va dupe lam khan bang Na^SOj. Bang phuong phap GC-MS d3 xac dinh dupe 41 cau td trong tinh dau cay kinh gidi day Ha Giang, trong do co 19 cau tu hidrocacbon (nhom monotecpen: 35,24%, nhom sesquitecpen; 8,84%) va 22 cau tii la dan xuat cua hidrocacbon (nhom andehit: 19,10%., nhom ancol: 16,13%, nhom este: 13,91% va nhom oxi: 4,61%). Sii dyng phuong phap DPPH da xac djnh dupe kha nSng quet goc ty do cua tinh dau c3y kinh gidi day Ha Giang la 40,28 ± 0,25%, dong thdi bang phuang phap khuech tan dia thach d3 xac djnh dupe kha nang khang khuan cua tinh dau nay tren cac chiing vi khuan Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Salmonella typhi va Bacillus cereus.

Tu kh6a: Cdy kinh gidi day Hd Giang. cdu tir, chi so hoa ly, hogt tinh sinh hpc, tinh ddu.

DAT VAN DE

Cay kinh gidi day Ha Giang {Elsholtzia winitiana Craib), cd nhieu d cac tinh Ha Giang, Bac Giang, Lang Son, Gia Lai, Lam Dong... Y hpc dan tdc d mpt so nude nhu Trung Qudc, Viet Nam, Lao,... dung cay kinh gidi day de chua cam ciim. Trong cay ed nhieu tinh dau cd mui thom dac trung va hip dan, la ngudn nguyen lieu quan trpng trong cac nganh thyc pham, my pham va dupe phim [3]. Tuy nhien, den thdi diem nay d nude ta vSn rat it cac cong trinh nghien ciiu v6 cac cSu tu trong tinh dau va boat tinh sinh hpc ciia tinh dau cay kinh gidi day Ha Giang.

Myc tieu cua nghien cuu nham gop phan cung cap them cac thdng tin ve cac cau tu, hoat tinh sinh hpc ciia tinh diu cay kinh gidi day, lam CO sd cho viec khai thac, sii dung cay kinh gidi day trong san xuit huong lieu thyc pham, my pham va dupe pham.

Giang. Nguyen lieu dugc so che sach se, cat thai nhd va thu nhan tinh dau bing phuang phap chung cat ldi cudn hai nude va dugc lam khan bang Na2S04.

Chung vi sinh vat thi nghiem: Escherichia coli. Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella typhi va Bacillus cereus do Vien Vi sinh vat va C6ng ngh? Sinh hoe cung cap.

Vat lieu dli chiing: Vitamin C hay edn gpi la axit ascorbic, cd nhieu trong rau qua, la chat chIng oxy boa va cd vai tro trong viec chdng loa hoa da. Vitamin C khdng mau hoac hoi vang va dl tan trong nude.

Phuong phap nghien ciru Xdc dinh hdm Iteang tinh ddu

Can 100 g cay kinh gidi day Ha Giang da dugc nghiin nhd va dong 500 ml nude c§t, cho vao binh ciu 1000 ml rli dem chung cat tinh diu theo phuang phap chimg cit ldi cuIn hoi nude bing bp xac djnh ham lugng tinh diu Clevenger (d<l) vdi sinh ban hoi luu [2].

Xdc dinh chi so hda ly cua tinh dau Ti trpng ciia tinh dSu dugc xac dinh theo TCVN 8444: 2010, gdc quay cue theo TCVN 8446: 2010, chi sd khuc xa theo TCVN 8445:2010, chi sd axit theo TCVN 8450:

2010, chi so este tjieo TCVN 8451: 2010 [1].

DiSu kien MS: ion boa mau d the ion hoa 70ev, nhiet dp duy tri 240 "C, khi mang la heli tdc dp 0,5 ml/phut, tdc dd chia ddng 1:50 [6], [9].

Xac djnh kha nang quet gdc tu do DPPH, dya tr6n nguyen tac l,l-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) cd kha nang tao ra gdc ty do bin trong dung dich ethanol bao hoa, dupe tinh bing cdng thiic % DPPH = [(A^- (A-Ab))/Ao]

X 100, trong dd Ao la mau kiem chung, A la mau thi nghi?m, Ab la mau trang. Mau thi nghiem gIm cd 0,1 ml tinh dau cay kinh gidi day Ha Giang, 2 ml ethyl acetat, 1,9 ml methanol va 1 ml DPPH. H6n hpp sau khi ph6i trpn dugc lac nhe va de yen trong bong toi d nhiet dp phdng 30 phut, do dp hip thu d budc sdng 517 nm [d], [7], [10].

KET QUA VA THAO LUAN

Ham lupmg tinh dau va cac chi so hoa ly cua tinh dau

De xac djnh ham lugng tinh dau trong cay kinh gidi day Ha Giang, chung cat 100 g nguyen lieu va 500 ml nude cat, dSn khi the tieh khong d6i vdi thdi gian chung cIt la 10 gid thi thu dupe ham lupng tinh diu la 0,9 ml.

Su dyng bp Tieu chuan Qudc gia ve tinh diu- phuong phap thii, cdng bd nam 2010. Xac dinh dugc cac chi s l hda ly ciia tinh dau cay kinh gidi day Ha Giang. Kit qua trinh bay 6 bang 1.

6,57%i, sabinene: 5,76%>, a-terpinene: 4,63%., a-pinene: 4,62%, i5-3-carene: 2,76%i, myrcene: 2,07%) la nhirng cau tu chi6m ti le Idn. Trong 19 cSu hi thupc nhom hidrocacbon, thi nhdm monotecpen: 35,24%i va nhdm sesquitecpen. 8,84%j. ^ Hanoi University of Industry The oil of Elsholtzia winitiana craib was obtained by steam distillation and dried with Na2S04.

Physico-chemical properties of the oils were analyzed and determined; density 0.875 at 20°C; acid index 0.643 (mgKOH/g) and esters index 0,721 (mg KOH/g). By GC-MS method, 41 constiUients were identified from the Ha Giang Elsholtzia winitiana craib oil, including 19 hydrocarbons (monoterpenes: 35.24%, sesquiterpenes: 8.84%) and 22 oxygenated constituents (aldehydes:

19.10%, alcohols: 16.13%, esters 13 9 1 % and oxygen: 4.61%). By DPPH methods. Antioxidant activity was determined as 40.28 ± 0 25%. By agar diffusion method. Antimicrobial activity of Ha Giang Elsholtzia winitiana craib oil has been identified against: Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli. Salmonella typhi and Bacillus cereus.
