The study employs SEM model to assess the impact of Da Lai Flower Festival on visitor satisfaction and loyalty in the period 2015-2017. The findings indicate that Festival program creates a significant influence on the Perceived value of visitors, contributing to their satisfaction and loyalty to the Festival.
