Abstract
Polyanliine/day composite were prepared by polymerization of aniline in the presence of clay (montmorillonit) using (NH^j^SjO, as oxidant. Properties of the obtained polyanilme/clay composite were studied by IR speara, thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The electromagnetic shielding property of the layers formed from rtiis material shows high applicability.

2.1. Quy trinh tong htfp compozit PAni/clay
+ Lay mot \ugng chinh xac cua clay (montmorillonit) hoa tan vao 100ml nudc cat. Them vao Ian luot 40ml isopropanol va the tich chinh xac anilin. Khuay manh 6000 vong/phut trong 1 gid.
+ Nho tCrtUdung dich chCfa mot luong tuong Lfng (NH4)jSj03 (ti le moi glCfa monome va tac nhan oxi hda la 1:1,5).
Khuay manh trong 2 gid. Hon hop phan ijfng cd mau xanh den.
+ Loc lay phan chat ran, say ap suat thap d 40°C trong 48 gid. Ket qua da tong hop duoc nhu bang 1.
