3. Ket luan va Kien nghj
Phan tlch co hpe dia chit cua cdng trinh nha ve sinh nglm du kiln tai hdng phia bao cfla dudng Jd Hauer (each san ga Gotuchowski 8 m) da cho thay su gia tang ung suit nen (tai hdng cdng trinh) va fl'ng suit keo (tai ndc va nin cong trinh).
