Through a survey of 250 employees in Can Tho - Hau Giang One-Member Cement Company Limited, this study aims to analyze factors impacting their work efficiency. Based on the theories developed by Maslow (1943), Herzberg et ai (1959) and Vroom (1995). the study employs exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and regression. The outcome reveals five crucial factors that directly affect their work efficiency, which are (1) Income; (2) Superiors; (3) Assignment and qualifications; (4) Discipline and responsibility; and (5) Health psychology.
From this finding, the authors propose a number of solutions to improve employees' work efficiency, meeting the Company's requirements of expansion.
