Through a suvery of 205 lecturers, this study was conducted to assess determinants of lec- turers' engagement with University of Labor and Social Affairs (ULSA). The result reveals 06 factors having positive impacts on their engagement, in descending order of influence, which are Leadership style of the Dean/Head of Department. Job characteristics, Income and fairness, Working environment. Perception of development. Opportunity for advancement.

From this finding, the study proposes administrative implications to school board and heads of department so as to strengthen the engagement of lecturers.
