Personal loans are growing rapidly and considered as one of the key directions that bring high profits for all commercial banks. This study employs the SERVQUAL and SERVPERF models combined with 170 survey samples to analyze factors affecting individual customers' satisfaction with consumer loan service at Vietinbank Binh Thuan. The results show that all six faclors have an impact on customer satisfaction, arranged in descending order level of influence, which are Assuarance; Responsiveness; Tangible Media; Sympathy; Credibility;
Price. From those findings, the authors propose some governance implications to further improve the satisfaction of individual customers at Vietinbank Binh Thuan (In this article, decimal numbers are written under international standard).
