As discussed we would appreciate you bringing this letter to the attention of the President of the Constitutional Court in order to enable him to consider ft and respond prior to 16 October 1998J to the extent possible.

Our client's Heads of Argument are required to be lodged by no later than 16 October 1998.
We have, however, been unable to finalise our client's heada of argument, as a result, inter alia, of:
