NOTICE OF APPLICATION

TO RESTRICT ACCESS TO CONFIDENTIAL RECORD

TAKE NOTICE THAT, pursuant to this Honourable Court's order dated 18 February 2013, the applicants seek an order in the following terms:

1 The Registrar is ordered to take such steps as may be necessary to ensure that no one may have access to those parts of the record (kept by the Registrar) that are marked "confidential" without the written authorisation of the Registrar or the Court Manager or without an order of this Court.

2 Should the Registrar or the Court Manager contemplate granting anybody authorisation to have access to the parts of the record marked "confidential", he or she must first obtain the written consent of the parties.

3 The orders in 1 and 2 are to operate until such time as this Court has made an order on the application for leave to appeal.

TAKE NOTICE FURTHER that the accompanying founding affidavit of DARIO MILO is annexed in support of the application.
