After the visitors had been shown round the Home and chatted to a number of the old people, tea was served.
The Chairman thanked Rev. and Mrs.
Levine for visiting the Home and expressed the hope that they would continue to keep in touch with the Home in future.
Mrs. E. Lewis, the Chairlady, associated herself \Vith remarks made by the Chair- man and briefly explained all that was be- ing clone for the old people.
Bev. Levine in thanking the Committee for the welcome given to Mrs. Levine and him ·elf, said that they were both very much impres ed with all they had seen.
The Committee were to be congratulated on the noble work they were doing. The Home was certainly worthy of the whole- hearted support of the whole community.
Both he and fl1rs. Levine would be only too happy to give whatever support in their pow<."r in the interest of the Home.

Mrs. H. Lieberman's paper on Hebrew education in the Diaspora reached its climax, covering an intervening period of vu. t interest through the channels of i·e- ligiou and Hebrew schools.
Dr. B. Rabinowitz spoke on Education in Palestine, and stres ed the point that children should be encouraged to love and not fear their lesson .
Hev. S. Kasse1's humorous reading was enjoyed by all.
