The Speaker Cllr Nkondo T.F. requested the house to observe a moment of silence in meditation before welcoming the Executive Mayor, Chairperson of MPAC, councillors, officials and members of the public in the gallery. She thereafter declared the meeting officially opened at 14h00.

8.2.1.1: 3rd Quarter SDBIP Performance Report
The Executive Mayor presented the recommendations of the Mayoral Committee on the 3rd Quarter SDBIP Performance report for consideration by council.
Councillor Pandelani T. seconded the recommendations and there was no contrary view.
The Council then resolved as follows;
Council Resolution number OCM 06/19/08.2.1.1
The Council resolved that the 3rd Quarter SDBIP Performance report be adopted.
8.2.1.2: 2019/2020 Annual Budget and IDP Review and Organogram
3 The Executive Mayor presented the 2019/2020 Annual Budget, IDP
Review and Organogram with recommendations for adoption.
Councillor Mathoma P seconded the recommendations and there was no contrary view.

The Council resolved to approve the Vhembe District Municipality 2019/2020 Annual Budget, IDP Review and Organogram
8.2.1.3: 2019 Strategic Session Report
The Executive Mayor presented the recommendations of the Mayoral Committee on the Vhembe District Municipality 2019 Strategic Session Report with recommendations for adoption.
Councillor Netshisaulu O. seconded the recommendations and there was no contrary view.
Council Resolution number: OMC 06/19/09.2.1.3
The Council resolved to adopt the Vhembe District Municipality 2019
4 Strategic Session Report together with the Operational Plan
