The related cost of retirement benefits charged to operations for the year ended December 31, 2010 amounted to Rp7,362 (2009: Rp7,128). The Plan’s assets are being administered and managed by Dana Pensiun Indolife Pension tama and Central Asia Raya.

menyelenggarakan program pensiun iuran pasti yang mencakup seluruh karyawan tetap yang memenuhi syarat. Biaya sehubungan dengan manfaat pensiun yang dibebankan pada operasi untuk tahun-tahun yang berakhir pada tanggal 31 Desember 2010 adalah sebesar Rp13.053 (2009: Rp13.016). Aset program pensiun tersebut dikelola oleh Dana
Pensiun Lembaga Keuangan Manulife
Indonesia.

32. PIUTANG PLASMA 32. PLASMA RECEIVABLES
Kebijakan pemerintah Indonesia mewajibkan
pemilik perkebunan kelapa sawit untuk
membangun area perkebunan inti rakyat (“Petani Plasma”). Sehubungan dengan kebijakan tersebut, LSIP, MISP, GS, CI, KGP, RAP, CKS, MSA, JS dan MPI (secara bersama-sama disebut sebagai ”Perusahaan Inti”), Anak Perusahaan, memiliki komitmen dengan beberapa Koperasi Unit Desa
yang mewadahi Petani Plasma untuk
mengembangkan perkebunan plasma.
Pembiayaan atas pengembangan perkebunan plasma ini diperoleh melalui pinjaman dari bank maupun pembiayaan langsung oleh Perusahaan Inti. Beberapa Perusahaan Inti, yaitu LSIP, GS, CI, KGP, RAP dan CKS, memberikan jaminan perusahaan (corporate guarantee) untuk pelunasan pinjaman atas pembiayaan yang diperoleh dari bank.
The Indonesian government policy requires the owner of oil palm plantations to develop plasma plantations (perkebunan inti rakyat or the “Plasma Farmers”). Relative to this, LSIP, MISP, GS, CI, KGP, RAP, CKS, MSA, JS and MPI (collectively referred to as the “Nucleus Companies”), Subsidiaries of the Company, have commitments with several rural cooperative units representing the Plasma Farmers to develop plantations under the plasma scheme. The financing of these plasma plantations are provided by the banks or Nucleus Companies. Several Nucleus Companies, namely LSIP, GS, CI, KGP, RAP and CKS, provide corporate guarantees to the related credit facilities provided by the bank.
Pada saat perkebunan plasma telah menghasilkan, Petani Plasma berkewajiban untuk menjual seluruh hasil perkebunan tersebut kepada Perusahaan Inti, dan melunasi angsuran atas fasilitas pinjaman yang diberikan oleh bank atau Perusahaan Inti sesuai skema pembiayaan tiap-tiap proyek dengan menggunakan dana yang dipotong dari hasil penjualan hasil perkebunan plasma tersebut.
When the plasma plantations start to mature, the Plasma Farmers are obliged to sell all their harvests to the respective Nucleus Companies, and shall repay the installments for the credit investment facilities obtained from the bank or the Nucleus Companies in accordance with the scheme of the plasma plantations development using funds deducted from the proceeds of the said sales of plasma plantations’ harvests.
Perusahaan Inti juga memberikan pinjaman sementara kepada Petani Plasma untuk dana pengembangan kebun dan untuk membayar angsuran pinjaman dan beban bunga yang timbul dari pinjaman di atas kepada masing-masing bank, karena hasil penjualan TBS dari perkebunan plasma terkait belum mencukupi untuk membiayai
pengeluaran-pengeluaran tersebut diatas.
Pinjaman sementara tersebut akan dilunasi oleh masing-masing Petani Plasma saat hasil penjualan TBS mereka sudah menghasilkan arus kas yang positif.
Nucleus Companies also provide temporary funding to the respective Plasma Farmers to develop the plasma plantations and to repay loans installment and the related interests expenses to the respective banks since the deductions from the proceeds from FFB sales are not yet sufficient to cover the above-mentioned expenditures. These loans will be repaid by the respective Plasma Farmers once the plantations become mature (ready to be harvested) and are already providing positive net cash flows.
Berdasarkan penelaahan atas piutang plasma dari tiap-tiap proyek, manajemen berkeyakinan bahwa penyisihan piutang plasma tak tertagih dapat menutup kemungkinan kerugian piutang plasma yang tak tertagih.
Based on the review of the plasma receivables of each project, management believes that the allowance for uncollectible plasma receivables is sufficient to cover losses from the uncollectible plasma receivables.
Pada tanggal 31 Desember 2010, Grup memiliki komitmen untuk mengembangkan perkebunan plasma seluas 81.500 hektar (2009: 76.851 hektar (tidak diaudit)).
As of December 31, 2010, the Group has commitments to develop plasma plantations with total areas of 81,500 hectares (2009: 76,851 hectares (unaudited)).
Fasilitas pinjaman Petani Plasma kepada bank di atas dijamin dengan piutang para Petani Plasma yang timbul dari penjualan TBS, perkebunan plasma terkait dan jaminan perusahaan dari masing-masing Perusahaan Inti sebagai berikut, sesuai dengan jumlah fasilitas pinjaman yang telah digunakan:
· jaminan perusahaan dari CI dan KGP pada
tanggal 31 Desember 2010 sebesar Rp397.239 (2009: Rp397.239).
· jaminan perusahaan dari RAP dan CKS pada
tanggal 31 Desember 2010 sebesar Rp108.880 (2009: Rp145.317).
· jaminan perusahaan dari LSIP pada tanggal
31 Desember 2010 sebesar Rp14.595 (2009: Rp32.590).
· jaminan dari MSA pada tanggal 31 Desember
2010 sebesar Rp96.273.
The loan facilities from the banks are secured by receivables of the farmers arising from sales of FFB, the above-mentioned plasma plantations and corporate guarantees from the respective Nucleus Companies as follows, in accordance with the utilized amounts of the facilities:
· guarantees from CI and KGP as of
December 31, 2010 amounting to Rp397,239 (2009: Rp397,239);
· guarantees from RAP and CKS as of
December 31, 2010 amounting to Rp108,880 (2009: Rp145,317); and
· guarantees from LSIP as of December 31,
2010 amounting to Rp14,595 (2009:
Rp32,590).
· guarantees from MSA as of December 31,
