5.4 Implikasi Kajian

5.4.2 Implikasi Kajian Ke atas Praktis

Keputusan kajian ini menunjukkan bahawa pihak pengurusan dan pentadbiran sekolah rendah terutamanya guru besar perlu sentiasa mengamalkan keadilan organisasi di samping menyematkan kepercayaan kepada guru-guru untuk meningkatkan perlakuan inovatif guru bagi mendidik dan melahirkan anak bangsa yang lebih produktif dan berinovasi pada alaf yang akan datang. Guru memainkan peranan yang penting dalam perlaksanaan sesuatu inovasi kurikulum. Tanpa penglibatan guru secara aktif, matlamat kurikulum yang dirancang sukar untuk dicapai. Pihak pengurusan sekolah perlu didedahkan dengan pengetahuan persekitaran keadilan dan kepercayaan organisasi melalui kursus-kursus kepimpinan atau taklimat oleh pihak Kementerian Pelajaran Malaysia atau Jabatan Pelajaran Negeri atau Pejabat Pelajaran Daerah. Di samping itu pihak pengurusan di peringkat sekolah perlu menyediakan atau membekalkan keperluan-keperluan asas guru di sekolah misalnya keselesaan tempat kerja, semangat kerja berkumpulan, penghargaan diri, kebebasan dan keyakinan dalam memberi dan menerima pendapat serta pengembangan diri untuk merangsang tingkah laku kerja yang berinovatif. Kajian juga mendapati sekiranya guru dilayan dengan adil dan mereka percaya terhadap guru besar dan sekolah maka prestasi dan perlakuan inovatif akan ditunjukkan melalui gerak kerja semasa p&p di dalam kelas mahupun di luar kelas.

Dalam konteks ini kesungguhan untuk bertindak secara proaktif, kreatif dan berinovasi berasaskan pengetahuan dan kemahiran serta keupayaan untuk memanifestasikan pengetahuan dan kemahiran dalam bentuk tingkahlaku adalah perkara pokok yang wajar dititikberatkan oleh golongan guru ke arah menzahirkan inovasi kurikulum di sekolah. Keadaan ini sekaligus dapat melahirkan sekolah pemikiran seperti yang diidamkan melalui projek kerajaan yang baru iaitu i-Think bermula tahun 2014. Projek ini membantu pihak sekolah dengan memupuk kemahiran berfikir; menyemai budaya pembelajaran sepanjang hayat; mahir di dalam menyelesaikan masalah dan berupaya menghasilkan jalan penyelesaian secara kreatif di kalangan murid sekolah. i-THINK melahirkan inovator generasi masa depan Malaysia dengan kebolehan dan kemahiran berfikir secara kritis serta berupaya untuk menyesuaikan diri dan menangani cabaran pada masa akan datang. Agensi Inovasi Malaysia (AIM) merupakan badan berkanun yang ditubuhkan oleh Kerajaan Malaysia untuk memacu dan memperkukuh kemajuan Malaysia dengan mempercepat budaya inovasi. Penyediaan peluang sama rata serta pendidikan berkualiti untuk semua merupakan fokus utama Kementerian Pelajaran Malaysia. Matlamat pendidikan Malaysia telah dimanifestasikan dalam Falsafah Pendidikan Kebangsaan dengan tujuan muktamad untuk mencapai wawasan negara dalam menyediakan anak-anak Malaysia supaya menjadi individu yang berpengetahuan dan berkemahiran ke arah menghadapi cabaran Abad ke-21 (http://www.ithink.org.my/bmhome/ page/aboutus retrieved 6/5/2014).

Kajian ini dijalankan hanya di daerah pulau, Pulau Pinang sahaja. Oleh itu, kajian yang sama diharap dapat menggunakan saiz sampel yang lebih besar serta merentasi beberapa buah negeri di Malaysia bagi memperoleh kesan statistik yang lebih kukuh. Di samping itu kajian hanya dilaksanakan di sekolah rendah sahaja justeru dicadangkan supaya kajian perbandingan dijalankan sama ada di antara jenis-jenis sekolah rendah seperti sekolah jenis-jenis kebangsaan dan sekolah kebangsaan.

Seterusnya dicadangkan juga kajian ini dibuat dengan menggunakan

Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Penggunaan kaedah ini membolehkan sesuatu

model yang dibina oleh pengkaji itu diuji kesesuaiannya (goodness-of-fit). Penggunaan kaedah ini juga mempunyai beberapa kelebihan seperti dapat menguji model kajian secara menyeluruh, menguji model yang mempunyai pelbagai variabel bersandar, kebolehan mentafsir data yang sukar dan sebagainya. Penggunaan kaedah ini juga dapat menjadikan kajian ini lebih menyeluruh kerana semua kaedah telah diterokai.

Kajian ini hanya mengunakan semata-mata kaedah kuantitatif. Oleh itu kajian lanjutan adalah disarankan supaya mengunakan gabungan kaedah kualitatif dan kuantitatif bagi mengumpulkan maklumat mengenai sesuatu variabel secara holistik dan yang lebih mantap. Perlakuan inovatif guru umpamanya dapat disahkan dengan menjalankan pemerhatian. Adalah diharapkan dengan dengan cara ini, kemiringan

dalam mendapatkan maklumat dapat dikurangkan dan dapatan yang lebih tinggi kebolehpercayaan dan kesahihannya dapat dihasilkan.

Kajian akan datang juga disarankan mengambil kira faktor-faktor yang lain berdasarkan tinjauan literatur supaya lebih banyak faktor dapatkan dikaji. Dapatan kajian tersebut kelak dapat membantu pihak pengurusan dan pentadbiran pendidikan terutamanya sekolah rendah dapat mengambil tindakan intervensi yang bersesuaian bagi meningkatkan perlakuan inovatif guru seterusnya dapat meningkatkan prestasi murid ke arah alaf baru, menaikkan kualiti pencapaian sekolah, memudahkan pengurusan pendidikan di peringkat yang seterusnya.

5.6 Kesimpulan

Secara keseluruhannya, kajian ini memberi satu pengetahuan yang bernilai kepada organisasi terutamanya sekolah rendah dalam memahami pengaruh keadilan organisasi terhadap perlakuan inovatif guru dan kepercayaan pemimpin dan kepercayaan organisasi sebagai moderator. Perbincangan yang dibuat dalam bab ini memberi satu gambaran kepada guru besar atau pihak pengurusan sekolah dalam menilai aspek-aspek yang harus diberi perhatian. Perbincangan dalam bab ini juga boleh membantu pihak pengurusan sekolah atau guru besar memperbaiki kelemahan yang ada dalam pentadbiran mereka dalam aspek yang melibatkan variabel kajian ini. Moderator yang dikaji dalam kajian ini juga boleh membantu pihak pengurusan

sekolah mengkaji kepentingan kepercayaan dalam hubungan antara keadilan organisasi dan perlakuan inovatif guru.
