5.1 KESIMPULAN
1. Tidak terdapat hubungan lama kerja dengan kejadian dermatitis kontak akibat kerja pada pekerja cleaning service.
2. Angka kejadian dermatitis kontak akibat kerja pada pekerja cleaning service di RSUP Haji Adam Malik Medan adalah 62 orang (33,2%).
3. Prevalensi dermatitis kontak pada pria dan wanita pekerja cleaning service di RSUP Haji Adam Malik Medan adalah 15 orang (24,2%) dan 47 orang (75,8%).
4. Lama kontak pada pekerja yang bersentuhan dengan zat kimia adalah >2 jam sebanyak 187 orang (100%).
5. Pemakaian APD pada pekerja cleaning service adalah sebanyak 167 orang pada saat ini (89,3%) ,7 orang bukan pada saat ini (7%), dan 7 orang tidak pernah memakai APD (3,7%).
6. Tingkat pendidikan cleaning service di RSUP Haji Adam Malik Medan paling banyak adalah SMA sebanyak 111 orang (59,4%).
7. Suku terbanyak yang menderita dermatitis kontak adalah suku Batak dengan jumlah 48 orang ( 61,6%).
5.2 SARAN
1. Bagi Pekerja
a. Edukasi pada pekerja cleaning service penderita dermatitis kontak berupa mencuci tangan beserta sarung tangannya untuk yang alergi sarung tangan.
b. Pekerja disarankan untuk memperhatikan frekuensi paparan bahan kimia dalam sehari.
