Pembangunan pabrik-pabrik kelapa sawit Construction of palm oil mills
Pada bulan Februari 2014, KGP mengadakan perjanjian konstruksi dengan PT Sumber Andalan Mandiri, untuk membangun pabrik kelapa sawit dengan kapasitas olah sebesar 40 metrik ton TBS per jam (yang dapat ditingkatkan menjadi 80 metrik ton TBS per jam), di propinsi Kalimantan Barat, dengan nilai kontrak sebesar Rp126.620 dan US$961.430.
In February 2014, KGP entered into a construction agreement with PT Sumber Andalan Mandiri, whereby the latter is committed to construct palm oil mill with a processing capacity of 40 metric tonnes of FFB per hour (which can be increased into 80 metric tonnes of FFB per hour), at a location in the province of West Kalimantan, for a contract value of Rp126,620 and US$961,430.
Pembelian Mesin Pabrik Purchases of Factory Machineries
Pada tahun 2014, Divisi Minyak dan Lemak Nabati SIMP mengadakan perjanjian dengan Lipico Technologies Pte. Ltd., Singapura, untuk penyediaan mesin dan peralatan pabrik penyulingan minyak kelapa sawit (MKS) di Surabaya, dengan kapasitas olah masing-masing sebesar 1.000 metrik ton per hari untuk pabrik penyulingan (physical refining plant) dan pabrik fraksinasi (dry fractination plant), dengan total nilai kontrak sebesar SGD7.128.000.
In 2014, the SIMP’s Edible Oil and Fats Division engaged Lipico Technologies Pte. Ltd., Singapore, for the supply of machinery and equipment of a crude palm oil (CPO) refinery plant located at Surabaya, with each processing capacity of 1,000 metric tonnes per day for the physical refining plant and the dry fractination plant, respectively, with total contract value of approximately SGD7,128,000.
Tagihan Penyelesaian Pabrik Penyulingan Gula Claim for Settlement of a Sugar Refinery Plant Pada tahun 2008, LPI mengadakan perjanjian
pemasokan (“Supply Agreement”) dengan China CAMC Engineering Co. Ltd., yang akan menyediakan mesin dan peralatan pabrik penyulingan gula dengan kapasitas olah sebesar 8.000 metrik ton tebu per hari di propinsi Sumatera
Selatan, dengan nilai kontrak sebesar
US$84.328.040. Di samping itu, LPI juga mengadakan perjanjian konstruksi dengan CAMCE- MPS JO (“CAMCE”) untuk membangun pabrik penyulingan gula tersebut dengan nilai kontrak sebesar US$33.741.960.
In 2008, LPI entered into a Supply Agreement with China CAMC Engineering Co. Ltd., whereby the latter is to supply machinery and equipment for a sugar refinery plant with daily processing capacity of 8,000 metric tonnes of sugar cane located at the province of South Sumatera for a contract value of US$84,328,040. LPI also entered into a Construction Agreement with CAMCE-MPS JO (“CAMCE”) whereby the latter is committed to construct and erect the aforesaid sugar refinery plant with a contract value of US$33,741,960.
CAMCE tidak dapat memenuhi kewajibannya sesuai kontrak di atas, sehingga LPI harus melakukan pekerjaan tambahan agar pabrik tersebut siap digunakan. Pada bulan Desember 2016, LPI dan CAMCE menyepakati saling hapus antara piutang klaim atas pekerjaan tambahan tersebut dengan utang retensi yang belum dibayarkan oleh LPI, sehingga selisih sebesar Rp107.308 dicatat sebagai
CAMCE failed to meet its obligations under the said contract, forcing LPI to perform remedial works to make the plant ready for use. Komitmen penjualan Sales commitment
Pada tanggal 31 Desember 2016, SIMP memiliki komitmen penjualan untuk menyerahkan karet, minyak kelapa sawit, inti kelapa sawit, teh dan kakao sebanyak 38.462 ton (31 Desember 2015: 47.500 ton dan 31 Desember 2014: 26.500 ton) dan benih bibit kelapa sawit sebanyak 122.225 butir (31 Desember 2015: 1.075.153 butir dan 31 Desember 2014: 1.648.090 butir) kepada pelanggan pihak ketiga dalam dan luar negeri.
As of December 31, 2016, SIMP has sales commitments to deliver rubber, CPO, palm kernel, tea and cacao of approximately 38,462 tonnes (December 31, 2015: 47,500 tonnes and December 31, 2014: 26,500 tonnes) and palm oil seed of 122,225 pieces (December 31, 2015: 1,075,153 pieces and December 31, 2014: 1,648,090 pieces) to third party local and overseas customers.
Seluruh komitmen penjualan di atas akan terealisasi dalam satu bulan setelah tiap-tiap tanggal pelaporan.
