No. 99/Pdt.G/2013/PN.Jkt.Sel. pada Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Selatan, antara Tn. Igan Bismayudha, dkk (Para Penggugat) dengan PT Bakrieland Development Tbk. (Tergugat), telah memutus perkara yang pada pokoknya menolak seluruh gugatan yang diajukan oleh Para Penggugat, sebagaimana disampaikan dalam putusan Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Selatan atas Perkara tersebut dalam persidangan tanggal 27 Februari 2014 dan atas keputusan tersebut Para penggugat melakukan banding pada tanggal 13 Maret 2014.

against PT Bakrieland Development Tbk.
(Defendant) has resolved the Case which is to reject all claims of lawsuit filed by Plaintiffs. As conveyed in the South Jakarta District Court Verdict on trial dated February 27, 2014 and regarding with the above decision, the Plaintiffs has submitted appeal on March 13, 2014.
c. PT Bakrie Bangun Persada (B2P), Entitas Anak, sedang melakukan upaya hukum dengan
menggugat Al-Saraya Al-Mubarakah (ASM)
sehubungan dengan sengketa berdasarkan
Perjanjian Kerjasama (“Joint Venture Agreements”)
melalui Arbitrase pada Jeddah Chamber of Comerce & Industry, berdasarkan gugatan yang telah didaftarkan kepada Arbitrase pada Jeddah Chamber of Comerce & Industry No 2014/’ain’ tertanggal 18 Rabiul Akhir 1435 Hijriah atau 18 Februari 2014. Selama tahun 2014, belum terdapat putusan atas upaya hukum tersebut. Pada tanggal 30 Desember 2014, B2P didekonsolidasi dari PT Bakrie Nirwana Semesta, Entitas Anak (lihat Catatan 4 butir g).
c. PT Bakrie Bangun Persada (B2P), a Subsidiary,
was conducting a lawsuit of act against the law made by Al-Saraya Al-Mubarakah (ASM) with respect to the dispute of Joint Venture Agreement through an Arbitration in Jeddah Chamber of Comerce & Industry, that has been registered to Arbitration at the Jeddah Chamber of Comerce & Industry No. 2014/’ain’ dated 18 Rabiul Akhir 1435 Hijirah or February 18, 2014. As of the date of the financial statements, legal action on the lawsuit is still in process. During 2014, there was no decision of this legal case. In December 30, 2014, B2P has been deconsolidated from PT Bakrie Nirwana Semesta, a Subsidiary (see Note 4 point g).
50. PERISTIWA SETELAH PERIODE PELAPORAN 50. EVENTS AFTER REPORTING PERIOD
a. Berdasarkan Akta Notaris Elizabeth Karina Leonita,
S.H., M.Kn, No. 2, tanggal 3 Februari 2016:
a. Based on Notarial Deed No.2 of Karina Leonita,
S.H., M.Kn. dated February 3, 2016: (i) PT Graha Andrasentra Propertindo Tbk. (GAP),
Entitas Anak dan PT Sentul City Tbk (SC) telah menandatangani Akta Surat Hutang SC No. 43 tanggal 14 Oktober 2014 dimana SC berhutang kepada GAP sebesar Rp 400 miliar dan Akta Surat Hutang GAP No. 50 tanggal
14 Oktober 2014 dimana GAP berhutang
kepada SC sebesar Rp 200 miliar. GAP dan SC sepakat menyelesaikan dengan perjumpaan utang GAP ke SC dan utang SC ke GAP dan mengalihkan sisa tagihan GAP sebesar Rp 200 miliar ke PT Bukit Jonggol Asri (BJA).
(i) PT Graha Andrasentra Propertindo Tbk. (GAP), a Subsidiary and PT Sentul City Tbk (SC) has signed a Deed of Debt Letter SC No. 43 dated October 14, 2014 where SC owed to Rp 400 billion GAP and GAP Debentures Deed No. 50 dated October 14, 2014 where GAP owed to SC amounted to Rp 200 billion. GAP and SC agreed to resolve the debt with GAP debt to the SC and GAP has transferred the remainder of its receivable amounted to Rp 200 billion to PT Bukit Jonggol Asri (BJA).
(ii) BJA telah menyelesaikan kewajiban Rp 200 miliar ke GAP melalui pembayaran sebesar Rp 143 miliar dan perjumpaan utang GAP kepada BJA sebesar Rp 57 miliar.
(ii) BJA has settled the liability amounted to Rp 200 billion to GAP through the payment of Rp 143 billion and net off with the payable of GAP to BJA amounted to Rp 57 billion.

b. Berdasarkan Akta Notaris Elizabeth Karina Leonita,
S.H., M.Kn, No. 3, tanggal 3 Februari 2016, PT Graha Andrasentra Propertindo Tbk. (GAP), Entitas Anak, dan PT Gili Tirta Anugerah (GTA) menegaskan kembali ketentuan dalam Surat Hutang dengan jumlah pokok sebesar Rp 800 miliar. GTA wajib melunasi utang selambat- lambatnya tanggal 28 Februari 2017. Pembayaran utang oleh GTA wajib langsung digunakan untuk melunasi harga jual yang harus dibayar GAP selaku pembeli tanah di Kelurahan Sukarasa dan
Selawangi, Kabupaten Bogor seluas 5 juta m2

b. Based on Notarial Deed No.3 of Karina Leonita,
S.H., M.Kn. dated February 3, 2016, PT Graha
Andrasentra Propertindo Tbk. (GAP), a
Subsidiary, and PT Gili Tirta Anugerah (GTA) reconfirmed the provisions of the Debt Letter with a principal amount of Rp 800 billion. GTA required to settle the debt at the latest on February 28, 2017. Payment of debt by the GTA shall immediately used to pay off the sale price to be paid by GAP as a buyer of land in Sukarasa and Selawangi village, Bogor District with area of 5 million sqm.
c. Berdasarkan Akta Notaris Elizabeth Karina Leonita,
S.H., M.Kn, No. 4, tanggal 3 Februari 2016, BJA telah mengikatkan diri untuk menjual tanah di kelurahan Sukarasa dan Selawangi, Kabupaten
Bogor seluas 5 juta m2 kepada GAP, Entitas Anak,
dengan harga sebesar Rp 917,38 miliar. Pembayaran akan dilakukan dengan pengalihan piutang GAP atas utang GTA kepada BJA sebagaimana diatur dalam penegasan Surat
Hutang tanggal 3 Februari 2016 dan offset
keseluruhan piutang yang dimiliki GAP di BJA sebesar Rp 117,38 miliar.
c. Based on Notarial Deed No. 4 of Elizabeth Karina
Leonita, S.H., M.Kn, dated February 3, 2016, BJA has committed themselves to sell land in the Sukarasa and Selawangi village, Bogor District with area of 5 million sqm to GAP, a Subsidiary, at a price of Rp 917.38 billion. Payment will be made by transfer of GAP's receivables on GTA to BJA as stipulated in the affirmation of Debt Letter dated February 3, 2016 and offset with GAP's receivables from BJA amounted to Rp 117.38 billion.
Status Sertifikat Hak Guna Bangunan (SHGB) tanah tersebut telah habis masa berlakunya pada tanggal 31 Desember 2014. BJA berjanji mengurus perpanjangan SHGB tersebut dan akan menyerahkan tanah kepada GAP, Entitas Anak, setelah perijinan diperoleh. Sampai dengan tanggal laporan keuangan konsolidasian, SHGB sedang dalam proses perpanjangan dan telah mendapatkan Surat Keterangan Pendaftaran Tanah dari Badan Pertanahan Nasional.
The status of Building Used Right Certificate (SHGB) of the land has expired on December 31, 2014. BJA promised to take care of the SHGB renewal and will be handed over the land to GAP, a Subsidiary, after permission is obtained. As of the date of the consolidated financial statements, SHGB is in the process of renewal and has received the Certificate of Land Registry from the National Land Agency.
d. Berdasarkan Akta Notaris Elizabeth Karina Leonita,
S.H., M.Kn, No. 5, tanggal 3 Februari 2016, GAP, Entitas Anak dan SC melakukan pembatalan Akta Pengikatan Pengalihan Tanah Opsi No. 58, 60 dan 63, dimana SC mengikatkan untuk menjual ke GAP
tanah seluas 200 ribu m2 (tanah opsi).
d. Based on Notarial Deed No. 5 of Elizabeth Karina
Leonita, S.H., M.Kn, dated February 3, 2016, GAP, a Subsidiary and SC have canceled the Transfer of Land Deed of Option Land No. 58, 60 and 63, where SC committing to sell to GAP a land with area of 200 thousand sqm (option land).
e. Berdasarkan Akta Notaris Elizabeth Karina Leonita,
S.H., M.Kn, No. 6, tanggal 3 Februari 2016, GAP, Entitas Anak dan SC melakukan pembatalan Akta Pengikatan Pengalihan Tanah Non Opsi No. 59, 61 dan 62, dimana SC mengikatkan untuk menjual ke
GAP tanah seluas 200 ribu m2 (tanah non opsi).
e. Based on Notarial Deed No. 6 of Elizabeth Karina
Leonita, S.H., M.Kn, dated February 3, 2016, GAP, a Subsidiary and SC have canceled Transfer of Land Deed of Non Option Land No. 59, 61 and 62, where SC committing to sell to the GAP a land with area of 200 thousand sqm (non option land).
f. Pada tanggal 5 Februari 2016, PT Jungleland Asia
(JLA), Entitas Anak melakukan pelunasan utang beserta bunga kepada PT Bukit Jonggol Asri melalui pinjaman kepada PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk.
f. On February 5, 2016, PT Jungleland Asia (JLA), a
Subsidiary has fully paid the debt with interest to PT Bukit Jonggol Asri through loans to PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk.
g. Pada tanggal 5 Februari 2016, PT Jungleland Asia
(JLA), Entitas Anak melakukan pelunasan utang bunga kepada Raiffeisen Bank International AG, Singapura.
g. On February 5, 2016, PT Jungleland Asia (JLA),
a Subsidiary has fully paid interest loan to Raiffeisen Bank International AG, Singapore.
