Kepedulian Perseroan terhadap perubahan iklim global dan pelestarian alam direalisasikan Perseroan dengan mengaplikasikan program-program tanggung jawab sosial yang berfokuskan pada empat program:

1. Gerakan Hijau 2. Drilling for Water 3. Kerelawanan, dan 4. Kesiapsiagaan Bencana

1. Gerakan Hijau

Penghijauan merupakan kegiatan sentral yang diinisiasi Perseroan pada 2010 ini sebagai kelanjutan dari Go Green Initiative yang digerakkan sejak Tahun 2008. Tiga program utama Go Green Tahun 2010, yaitu:

a. Inisiasi Derma 2011 Pohon, program ini dilaksanakan pada akhir tahun untuk menyambut datangnya Tahun 2011 dengan menggalang inisiatif individual untuk berderma dalam bentuk pohon. Inisiator adalah Direksi dengan menanamkan pohonnya di area Warehouse ELSA UTAMA di kawasan Sentul, Bogor. Dana awal untuk inisiasi ini dari anggaran 2010 hanya Rp4.800.000 untuk kemudian digeneratif mencapai target minimal 2011 pohon sepanjang Tahun 2011.

b. Peringatan Hari Bumi. Bertempat di Graha Elnusa pada tanggal 22 April 2010, Perseroan melaksanakan Peringatan Hari Bumi dalam bentuk kampanye daur ulang dan pengurangan emisi. Kegiatan ini sebagai bentuk stimulus kesadaran untuk menjaga planet Bumi.

c. Revitalisasi Hutan Lindung. Perseroan melaksanakan inisiasi kebersamaan revitalisasi Hutan Lindung Sungai Wain di ibukota Kalimantan Timur, Balikpapan. Penyerahan pohon perdana sejumlah 200 pohon dilaksanakan bulan Oktober.

d. Dukung Kampanye Perlindungan Orangutan. Perseroan mendukung kampanye perlindungan satwa endemik Indonesia dengan turut ambil bagian dalam program-program yang diselenggarakan oleh BOSF (Borneo Orangutan

Survival Foundation). Tahun 2010, inisiatif awal

dukungan dana untuk kampanye perlindungan Orangutan sebesar Rp10.000.000.

d. Blood Donor. The program is held in line with preference and care from community living around Graha Elnusa. In 2010, Blood Donor Day was held in August to celebrate Indonesia’s Independence Day and took participation of 135. Operator: Elnusa Group’s Blood Donor Club.

The Company’s concern on global climate change and natural preservation is realized through the application of corporate social responsibilities that are focused four programs:

1. Green Action 2. Drilling for Water 3. Voluntary action, and 4. Disaster Readiness

1. Go Green Action

The Go Green Action was a central activity of the Company in 2010 serving as the continuity of Go Green Initiative program having been initiated since 2008. The three main programs in Go Green Action in 2010, were:

a. Initiation of Planting 2011 Trees, a program which was held in the end of the year to welcome 2011 aiming at raising individual initiative for giving donation in the form of trees. The program initiator was Directors by planting the trees at ELSA UTAMA Warehouse area in Sentul, Bogor. The initial allocation for the program came from 2010 budget in the amount of IDR4,800,000 to be further generated to reach minimum target of planting 2011 trees for the whole 2011.

b. The Earth Day. Located at Graha Elnusa on April 22, 2010, the Company held the Earth Day in the form of recycle campaign and emission reduction. The activity reflects the awareness to preserve Earth Planet.

c. Conservatory Forest Revitalization. The Company initiated a revitalization of Conservatory Forest around Wain River in capital city of East Kalimantan, Balikpapan. The initial presentation of 200 trees was done in October.

d. Support Orangutan Conservation Campaign. The Company supported the campaign for conserving the Indonesia’s endemic species by taking programs held by BOSF (Borneo Orangutan Survival Foundation). In 2010, the fund initiative for Orangutan conservation campaign was IDR10,000,000.

2. Drilling for Water

Program ini merupakan kegiatan tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan yang secara langsung berkaitan dengan bisnis inti Perseroan yaitu pemboran. Program berupa penyediaan alat kerja pemboran air bersih dan kepedulian karyawan untuk turut ambil bagian dalam pelaksanaan di lapangan.

Drilling for Water adalah program khas Perseroan

sejak peristiwa Tsunami Aceh (2004) dalam fase relief (pra-pemulihan) di lokasi bencana nasional. Sepanjang tahun 2010, Drilling for Water bekerja di Sumatera Barat, DI Yogyakarta dan Jawa Tengah dengan perlengkapan hibah dari Perseroan senilai Rp305.000.000 berupa Rig Jacro Portable

Series 300 Isuzu sebanyak dua unit. Adapun biaya

operasional dari CSR yang termanfaatkan sebesar Rp137.885.173 untuk lokasi DI Yogyakarta dan Jawa Tengah (pra-pemulihan pasca erupsi Merapi), sehingga diperoleh manfaat berkelanjutan berupa air bersih yang dinikmati oleh sekitar 3.450 jiwa di enam titik lokasi. Adapun untuk pemulihan pasca gempa Sumatera Barat, Perseroan melalui Yayasan Baitul Hikmah Elnusa bekerja sama dengan Islamic Relief Worldwide dengan pendanaan penuh dari lembaga nirlaba internasional tersebut untuk dua belas titik lokasi di Kabupaten Padang-Pariaman, dengan total pemetik manfaat lebih dari 6.000 jiwa.

2. Drilling for Water

This program is part of corporate social responsibility that directly relates to the Company’s core business, which is drilling. The program includes providing drilling equipment for clean water and employee’s concern to participate in the field work. Drilling for Water is a routine program of the Company since the devastating Tsunami hit Aceh (2004) and the community when it was in relief phase at national disaster-hit areas. During 2010, Drilling for Water took place in West Sumatera, DI Yogyakarta and Central Java as the Company granted two units of Rig Jacro Portable Series 300 Isuzu valuing IDR305,000,000. The operational cost of CSR fund for helping post-Merapi’s eruption recovery in DI Yogyakarta and Central Java reached IDR137,885,173, so that 3,450 lives at six locations can enjoy clean water. The Company held the post-earthquake recovery in West Sumatera, through Baitul Hikmah Elnusa Foundation in cooperation with Islamic Relief Worldwide which provided full fund initiative at 12 location in Padang-Pariaman Regency, and covered 6,000 lives.

3. Kerelawanan

Kerelawanan dibangun Perseroan dengan bentuk program:

- Partisipasi spontan donasi untuk kegiatan kemanusiaan

- Pengiriman karyawan ke lokasi pra-pemulihan bencana dengan dukungan biaya perjalanan dinas dari Perseroan

- Penggalangan kepedulian dengan partisipasi kolektif di organisasi Masyarakat Relawan Indonesia (MRI)

Kegiatan kerelawanan yang telah dilaksanakan Tahun 2010 adalah:

1. Elnusa Volunteer Camp.

Kegiatan ini berlokasi di DI Yogyakarta dan Jawa Tengah dengan partisipan karyawan relawan dari Divisi Legal, Divisi Accounting & Tax, Divisi Aset dan Divisi Drilling Services. Relawan menyalurkan bantuan hasil penggalangan dana spontanitas karyawan yang terkumpul untuk korban bencana Merapi sebesar Rp137.885.173.

2. Volunteer for Wasior.

Pengiriman relawan ke Wasior untuk membantu proses pemulihan di lokasi pasca bencana dilaksanakan pada Desember 2010 dengan sepenuhnya dana dari donasi spontanitas karyawan sebesar Rp18.038.901 serta komitmen dari perusahaan mitra kerja Perseroan (Joint

Venture) yang memiliki daerah operasi bersama

di Papua.

4. Kesiapsiagaan Bencana

Program kesiapsiagaan dilaksanakan dalam bentuk:

1. Safety Drilling.

Kegiatan ini merupakan agenda tetap Divisi HSE (Health Safety and Environment) yang melibatkan seluruh karyawan dalam latihan evakuasi serta program-program detail yang bersifat pencegahan/ preventif. Dalam Tahun 2010, dilaksanakan Safety Drilling untuk Graha Elnusa sebanyak dua kali.

3. Voluntary Action

Voluntary Action is built in the form of:

- Spontaneous donation for humanitarian activity - Dispatch employees to disaster recovery

locations with the fund support from Company - Collecting support with active participation in the

organization of Indonesia Voluntary Community (MRI)

Voluntary actions in 2010 were: 1. Elnusa Volunteer Camp.

The activity was done in DI Yogyakarta and Central Java with participation of volunteer employees from Legal Division, Accounting & Tax Division, Asset Division and Drilling Services Division. The volunteers donated a fund collected spontaneously from the employees, as much as IDR137,885,173 to Merapi victims.

2. Volunteer for Wasior.

Dispatching volunteers to help the recovery process in the disaster-hit areas was done in December 2010, supported with fund collected spontaneously from the employees, as much as IDR18,038,901 and commitment from a Joint Venture company that jointly operates in Papua.

4. Disaster Readiness

Disaster readiness program is carried out in the form of:

1. Safety Drilling.

This activity is one routine agenda of HSE (Health Safety and Environment) Division, which involved in the whole employees in the evacuation training and preventive programs. In 2010, Safety Drilling was done twice for Graha Elnusa.

Perseroan mendukung aktivitas religi umat Islam yang berpusat di Masjid Baitul Hikmah Bentuk dukungan berupa:

- Dana kegiatan Ramadhan - Dana kegiatan Hari Raya Kurban

- Dukungan penggalangan zakat dari karyawan untuk disalurkan ke Yayasan Baitul Hikmah Elnusa - Keterlibatan aktif karyawan dengan pembentukkan Panitia yang didukung dengan Surat Keputusan Direksi

The Company supports the activities of the Muslim, centralized in Masjid Baitul Hikmah The supports included:

- fund for Ramadhan activities - fund for Qurban activities

- Support zakat raising from the employees to be distributed to the Yayasan Baitul Hikmah Elnusa - Active involvement of employees on Committee supported by the Decree of the Board of Directors

The Company supports the activities of the Christians, which was arranged by the Christian Family (Umkris) - fund for Christmas activities

SPONSORSHIP

Perseroan mendukung kegiatan-kegiatan sosial masyarakat yang diselenggarakan oleh institusi pendidikan, kemahasiswaan maupun komunitas-komunitas peduli dengan partisipasi sponsorship dengan koridor misi tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan yang ditetapkan

Sepanjang Tahun 2010, permintaan sponsorship yang diterima oleh Perseroan adalah sebanyak 725 proposal atau rata-rata sebanyak enam puluh proposal setiap bulan. Proposal yang dapat dipertimbangkan untuk disetujui manajemen diprioritaskan memenuhi koridor persyaratan:

1. Mendukung aktivitas operasi di lokasi pekerjaan/operasi 2. Mendukung pencitraan Perseroan (co-branding)

3. Berorientasi pendidikan, kesehatan dan pemberdayaan, diutamakan non karitatif

The Company supports community social activities organized by educational institutions, students and other concerned communities through sponsorship participation which in line with the corridors of corporate social responsibility mission

During 2010, sponsorship requests received by the Company were as many as 725 proposals, or an average of sixty proposals each month. Proposals that could be considered for management approval shall meet the following requirements:

1. Support the operating activities at the work site / operation 2. Supports the Corporate image (co-branding)

3. Orientated on education, health and empowerment, non-charity preferably

Kegiatan ini berupa kampanye pengetahuan kebencanaan, informasi kesiagaan yang secara prosedural menjadi agenda wajib pada setiap awal penyelenggaraan kegiatan di dalam gedung maupun di luar gedung. Divisi HSE merupakan pelaksana koordinasi kegiatan ini.

3. Kampanye Aman Elpiji.

Sebagai salah satu bentuk kepekaan sosial dari Perseroan atas banyak kecelakaan akibat kelalaian pemakaian tabung gas, melalui Persatuan Wanita Patra (PWP) -nya, Perseroan melakukan sosialisasi penggunaan Elpiji secara baik dan benar. Tahun 2010 ini, PWP telah melaksanakan kegiatan ini sebanyak dua kali, pada bulan Agustus dan November dengan mengirimkan team sosialisasi sebanyak 52 team.

2.Disaster Readiness.

This activity is a campaign for disaster awareness, information on alertness which is a mandatory agenda in each of beginning of an event outside and inside the buildings. HSE Division is the coordinating operator for the activity.

3. Elpiji Safety Campaign.

As one of Company’s social awareness for many accidents caused by human negligence, through Patra Women Association (PWP), the Company participated in socialization of safety use procedures of Elpiji. PWP has managed this activity twice a year on August and November with 52 teams as its representative.
