Nilai Penjualan Pupuk
Nilai penjualan pupuk tahun 2011 mencapai Rp34,29 trilyun atau mencapai 87% dari RKAP 2011 dan bila dibandingkan dengan realisasi tahun 2010 mengalami peningkatan sebesar 25% dengan penjelasan sebagai berikut :
a. Nilai Penjualan sektor pangan/Public Service Obligation (PSO)
Nilai penjualan sektor pangan mencapai Rp12,06 trilyun atau mencapai 88% dari RKAP, di sisi lain bila dibandingkan dengan realisasi tahun 2010 penjualan sektor pangan telah mengalami pertumbuhan sebesar 27%. Tidak tercapainya target penjualan pangan disebabkan angka kewajiban penyaluran PSO yang ditetapkan dalam Peraturan Menteri Pertanian Nomor : 06/Permentan/ SR.130/2/2011 Tentang Kebutuhan dan Harga Eceran Tertinggi (HET) Pupuk Bersubsidi Untuk Sektor Pertanian Tahun Anggaran 2011 lebih tinggi daripada realisasi penyerapan di lapangan.
Dibandingkan dengan realisasi tahun 2010 secara tonase penjualan meningkat 15% namun dari segi nilai meningkat 27%, hal tersebut disebabkan adanya penetapan kenaikan HET, sebagai berikut:
Tonase penjualan sektor pangan mencapai 85% dari RKAP dan dibandingkan tahun 2010 mencapai 115% namun pendapatan subsidi mencapai 91% dari RKAP dan dibandingkan tahun 2010 meningkat 131%, lebih tingginya peningkatan subsidi disebabkan pada tahun 2011 penetapan margin subsidi dihitung dari HPP s.d. Lini III sedangkan pada RKAP tahun 2011 dan Realisasi tahun 2010 perhitungan margin subsidi hanya dihitung dari HPP s.d. Lini II.
b. Nilai Penjualan Sektor Kebun

The value of fertilizer sales in 2011 reached Rp34.29 trillion or 87% of RKAP 2011 and when compared with the realization in 2010 increased by 25% with the following explanation:
a. Sales Value of Food Sector/Public Service Obligation (PSO)
Food sector sales value reached Rp.12.06 trillion or 88% of RKAP, on the other side when compared to the realization in 2010 the sale of the food sector has grown by 27%. Failure to achieve the sales target due to the number of obligation of PSO distribution set by the Minister of Agriculture Regulation No. 06/Permentan/SR.130/2/2011 on Requirements and the Highest Retail Price (HRP) of Subsidized Fertilizers for Agricultural Sector for Book Year 2011 is higher than the realization absorption in the field.
Compared to the realization in 2010 on a tonnage way, the sales increased by 15% but in terms of value increased by 27%, it was due to an increase in HRP setting, as follows:
Tonnage sales of the food sector reached 85% of RKAP and compared to the year 2010 reached 115% but the subsidized revenue reached 91% of RKAP and compared to the year 2010 increased 131%, the higher of the subsidized improvement in 2011 due to the stipulation of the subsidy margins calculated from HPP to Line III while in the RKAP year 2011 and realization in 2010 subsidy margin calculation was only calculated from the HPP to Line II.
b. Sales Value of Plantation Sector
The value of plantation sector fertilizer sales reached Rp3.66 trillion or 48% compared RKAP in 2011 it is in line with the low
tonase penjualan 2011 sektor kebun lebih rendah, hal ini disebabkan selama tahun 2011 terjadi kenaikan harga internasional serta melalui koordinasi holding dilaksanakan harmonisasi harga antar produsen pupuk sehingga disparitas harga antar produsen dapat diminimalisir.
c. Nilai Penjualan Sektor Industri
Penjualan pupuk sektor industri mencapai Rp1,86 trilyun atau 213% dibandingkan RKAP tahun 2011 dan mencapai 121% dari penjualan tahun 2010. Pada tahun 2011 pencapaian nilai penjualan selain disebabkan lebih tingginya realisasi tonase penjualan juga ditambah kenaikan harga pupuk, dimana pada tahun 2011 harga pupuk urea sektor industri mengalami peningkatan 47% dibandingkan RKAP dan 42% dibandingkan harga rata-rata tahun 2010.
d. Nilai Penjualan Ekspor
Nilai penjualan ekspor pupuk tahun 2011 mencapai Rp3,42 trilyun atau 138% dibandingkan RKAP tahun 2011 dan mencapai 120% dari penjualan tahun 2010. Pada tahun 2011 penjualan ekspor terutama urea mengalami perkembangan yang cukup baik, dimana realisasi harga rata-rata penjualan ekspor lebih tinggi 19% dibandingkan RKAP dan 43% dibandingkan realisasi tahun 2010, upaya-upaya yang dilaksanakan perseroan untuk memaksimalkan margin ekspor antara lain :
• Melaksanakan perikatan Supply Agree ment kepada Pemerintah c.q. Kementerian Pertanian dimana PT Pusri (Pesero) menjamin ketersediaan pasokan pupuk untuk sektor pangan dan disisi lain mekanisme penjualan sektor komersil diserahkan sepenuhnya kepada perusahaan.
• Mengusahakan perolehan ijin ekspor mulai dari awal tahun sehingga Perseroan dapat lebih reaktif terhadap perubahan harga internasional.
• Pelaksanaan tender bersama untuk tender ekspor urea dengan koordinasi holding sehingga mengurangi risiko disparitas harga dan persaingan harga antar anggota holding.

d. Export Sales Value
The fertilizer export sales value in 2011 reached Rp3,42 trillion or 138% compared to RKAP in 2011 and reached 120% of sales in 2010. In 2011 export sales, especially urea progressing quite well, whereas the average price realization of export sales was higher than 43% compared to RKAP and 19% compared to the realization in 2010, the measures taken by the company to maximize the export margins, among others are:
• Implement Supply Agreement commit- ment to the Government c.q. Ministry of Agriculture where PT Pusri (Persero) guarantee the availaibility of fertilizer supply for the food industry and on the other side, the sales mechanism of commercial sector sales left entirely to the company.
• Pursue the acquisition of export license from the beginning of the year so that the company can be more rwactive to the international prices changes.
• The implementation of joint tender for urea export tender with holding coordination thereby reducing the risk of price disparity and price competition between the holding members.
Nilai Penjualan Amoniak
Total nilai penjualan amoniak tahun 2011 mencapai Rp2,01 trilyun atau mencapai 168% dari RKAP 2011 dan dibandingkan dengan realisasi tahun 2010 mencapai sebesar 189%. Tingginya nilai penjualan amoniak disebabkan tingginya realisasi harga yang mencapai kenaikan 25-48% dibandingkan RKAP 2011 dan Realisasi tahun 2010.

Ammonia Sales Value
The total of ammonia sales value in 2011 reached Rp2.01 trillion or reached 168% from 2011’s RKAP and compared to the realization in 2010 reached 189%. The high of the ammonia sales value due to the high of price realization that reached 25-48% compared to 2011’s RKAP and 2010’s realization.
Nilai Penjualan Non Pupuk
Total nilai penjualan non pupuk tahun 2011 mencapai Rp1,33 trilyun atau mencapai 225% dari RKAP 2011 dan dibandingkan dengan realisasi tahun 2010 mencapai sebesar 113% walaupun secara tonase hanya mencapai 95% dari realisasi 2010.
Penurunan tonase sebesar 5% dibandingkan tahun 2010 terutama akibat adanya keterbatasan suplai asam fosfat, sehingga stok diprioritaskan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan bahan baku pupuk.
Non Fertilizer Sales Value
Total non-fertilizer sales value in 2011 reached Rp1.33 trillion or reached 225% of RKAP 2011 and compared to the realization in 2010 reached 113%, although as a tonnage was only reached 95% of the realization in 2010.
The tonnage decrease by 5% compared to 2010 primarily due to the limited supply of phosphoric acid, so that stocks are prioritized to meet the requirements of fertilizer raw materials.
