Throughout 2017 the Company carries out a number of operational and maintenance activities as follows:
• Repair pipeline permanently in KP 47, After done Front End Engineering Design in 2016, then in 2017 done repair work in the field. In doing every job, as a form of commitment and prioritizing safety, TGI always coordinates and communicates with related stakeholders, be it the surrounding community, shippers, and government. This repair is done for 2 days in the windows maintenance shippers that have been agreed and do not interfere with the flow of gas. Thanks to the support of all TGI personnel and also the pipeline repair stakeholders in KP 47 can be completed on schedule, and this improvement has also received approval from the Director of Oil and Gas Engineering and Environment.
• The development work of PIMS ends in 2017, where the development carried out by automating reporting has been disseminated to the entire Regional Office for use in supporting the implementation of routine operations and maintenance based on Risk Based Inspection (RBI). With automation systems all routine inspections, reporting,

management dapat secara langsung memantau baik perhitungan maupun pemeliharaan yang telah dan akan dilakukan oleh TGI.
• Perbaharuan Sertifikat Kelayakan Penggunaan Peralatan (SKPP) pipa Grissik Singapura. Dalam mengelola pipa transmisi, sebagai prudent operator, TGI selalu konsisten untuk mematuhi peraturan – peraturan yang berlaku, salah satunya adalah melakukan perbaruan SKPP sampai dengan akhir tahun 2020 untuk pipa transmisi. Dan dengan dikeluarkannya SKPP baru oleh Direktur Teknik dan Lingkungan Migas untuk jalur pipa Grissik – Singapura, maka pipa transmisi tersebut layak dioperasikan sesuai desain awal.
• RBI implementation for Duri station. Selain di jalur pipa transmisi, TGI telah mulai menerapkan Risk Based Inspection (RBI) untuk station, sebagai tahap awal pengambilan data dan perhitungan RBI dilakukan untuk Duri station.
Diharapkan dengan menggunakan perhitungan RBI ini, TGI bisa memetakan area atau peralatan yang kritikal, dan menjadi focus untuk pekerjaan O & M ke depan tanpa melupakan area atau peralatan yang lain.
• Upgrade H2S analyzer di station Duri. Merupakan salah satu wujud komitmen TGI untuk tetap menjaga kehandalan dari Fasilitas yang ada, untuk itu TGI telah melakukan upgrade terhadap H2S analyzer yang terdapat di station Duri. Peralatan H2S analyzer ini berfungsi untuk menganalisa kandungan H2S di dalam gas, hal ini untuk memastikan bahwa gas yang mengalir ke customer sesuai dengan spesifikasi yang terdapat di dalam GTA. Dengan dilakukanya upgrade, maka system yang ada merupakan produk terkini.
• Electrical system performance at Belilas Compressor station. Merupakan salah satu wujud komitmen TGI untuk tetap menjaga kehandalan dari Fasilitas compressor station, TGI telah melakukan electrical system performance, yang berfungsi untuk mengetahui

• Grissik Singapore Applicability Fixed Equipment Certificate Renewal (SKPP). In managing transmission pipelines, as prudent operators, TGI has always been consistent to comply with applicable regulations, one of which is updating SKPP until the end of 2020 for transmission pipelines. And with the issuance of a new SKPP by the Director of Oil and Gas Engineering and Environment for the Grissik - Singapore pipeline, the transmission pipe is feasible to operate according to the initial design.
• RBI implementation for Duri station. In addition to the transmission pipeline, TGI has commenced implementing Risk Based Inspection (RBI) for the station, as the initial stage of data retrieval and RBI calculations performed for Duri station.
It is hoped that by using this RBI calculation, TGI can map critical areas or equipment, and become the focus for O & M work ahead without forgetting other areas or equipment.
• Upgrade H2S analyzer at Duri station. It is one of TGI’s commitment to maintain the reliability of existing facilities, for which TGI has upgraded the H2S analyzer located at Duri station. This H2S analyzer tool serves to analyze the H2S content in the gas, this is to ensure that the gas that flows into the customer according to the specifications contained in the GTA. With the upgrades, then the existing system is the latest product.
• Electrical system performance at Belilas Compressor station. It is one of TGI’s commitment to maintain the reliability of the Compressor Station facility, TGI has performed electrical system performance, which serves to determine the performance of the existing electrical system
• Wet calibration USM fuel Gas Engine Stasiun Kompressor Jabung. Sebagai prudent operator, TGI selalu konsisten untuk mematuhi peraturan – peraturan yang berlaku, salah satunya adalah melakukan wet calibration USM fuel gas engine untuk stasiun Kompressor Jabung. Sesuai peraturan Wet calibration untuk meter type Ultrasonic wajib dilakukan setiap 5 tahun, guna memastikan alat ukur tersebut akurat dan handal dalam melakukan perhitungan jumlah volume gas yang dialirkan.
• Replace spool pipe GEG at Panaran station.
Merupakan salah satu wujud komitmen TGI untuk tetap menjaga kehandalan dari Fasilitas perpipaan di dalam station. Dimana jika perpipaan di dalam station mengalami pernurunan, perlu dilakukan perkuatan atau penggantian sehingga fasilitas tersebut bisa kembali digunakan sesuai desain awal.
• Pembangunan Metering Seberida. Sebagai salah satu tugas yang diberikan management untuk menunjang peningkatan penggunaan kapasitas dari pipa TGI. Engineering telah menyelesaikan tugas tersebut yaitu dengan membuat rancangan atau desain dan sekaligus melakukan pembangunan fasilitas meter baru di Seberida (DPMF Seberida) sesuai dengan target yang diberikan Management dan pelanggan.
• Wet calibration USM fuel gas engine Jabung Compressor Station. As a prudent operator, TGI is always consistent to comply with applicable regulations, one of which is to conduct wet calibration of USM fuel gas engine for Jabung Compressor station. In accordance with the regulation of Wet calibration for Ultrasonic meter type must be done every 5 years, to ensure the measuring instrument is accurate and reliable in calculating the volume of gas that flows.
• Replace spool pipe GEG at Panaran station. It is one of TGI’s commitment to maintain the reliability of piping facilities in the station. Where if the piping inside the station undergoes a descent, it is necessary to strengthen or replacement so that the facility can be re-used according to the initial design.
• Development of Metering Seberida. As one of the tasks given by management to support the increase of capacity utilization from TGI pipeline.
Engineering has completed the task by designing and simultaneously undertaking the construction of a new meter facility at seberida (DPMF seberida) in accordance with the targets given by Management and customers.
