Saat ini, Perseroan mempekerjakan sekitar 12.000 karyawan dengan perencanaan karir yang terprogram.

Human Resource is the most vital asset for PT. Pabrik Kertas Tjiwi Kimia Tbk (“Tjiwi Kimia” or “Company”). The Company believes that the development of human resource has a direct correlation to the development of the Company. This is conducted through the execution of an integrated human resources system, that includes the recruitment of personnel, providing internal and external training. Currently, the Company has approximately 12,000 employees with career programmed planning. Below are the examples of employees training and development program held by the Company: 1.
