B. Saran

1. Perlu dilakukan elusidasi struktur untuk mengetahui keberadaan antosianin secara kualitatif pada ekstrak kelopak bunga rosella.

2. Perlu dilakukan optimasi jenis dan konsentrasi eµektrolit untuk menyeimbangkan tekanan osmosis dan tekanan Laplace sehingga diperoleh stabilitas fisis multiemulsi A/M/A yang lebih baik.

3. Perlu dilakukan pengukuran volume pemisahan fase selama penyimpanan dengan ketelitian lebih tinggi untuk memperoleh % pemisahan creming multiemulsi A/M/A.

4. Perlu dilakukan pengukuran tinggi derivat dengan alat atau software yang memiliki ketelitian yang lebih tinggi untuk mengetahui jumlah antosianin ekstrak kelopak bunga rosella dalam sampel uji.

5. Perlu dilakukan random sampling pada pemilihan sampel yang akan dianalisis untuk mengurangi kesalahan yang terjadi.

6. Perlu dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut tentang optimasi untuk memperoleh stabilitas dan entrapment efficiency yang lebih baik pada kedua jenis sediaan.
