5.3.2. Saran Praktis

Hasil penelitian ini memiliki implikasi bagi, masyarakat dan psikolog kesehatan klinis. Secara lebih detailnya adalah sebagai berikut:

1. Masyarakat

Sesuai dengan hasil penelitian ini dimana konformitas mempengaruhi intuitive eating secara negatif, maka diharapkan masyarakat agar menghindari untuk menentukan apa yang dimakan, waktu makan ataupun pola makan hanya karena tekanan sosial, ataupun hanya untuk penerimaan sosial sehingga dapat menghindarkan diri dari perilaku makan yang maladaptif.

2. Psikolog Klinis

Penelitian ini bisa menjadi masukan bagi para psikolog klinis/konselor untuk membuat program dengan pendekatan intuitive eating agar klien dapat dapat lebih mengenali isyarat internal tubuh dalam intuitive eating sebagai acuan
