Pada tanggal 30 Juni 2011, 31 Desember 2010 dan 1 Januari 2010, tanah yang belum dikembangkan terdiri dari antara lain:

(1) tanah seluas 12.406,57 ha yang terletak di Kecamatan Jonggol, Kabupaten Bogor. Nilai perolehan tanah tersebut adalah sebesar Rp 2,35 triliun.

(2) tanah seluas 5,77 ha yang terletak di daerah Karet Kuningan, kotamadya Jakarta Selatan, Kecamatan Setiabudi. Nilai perolehan tanah tersebut adalah sebesar Rp 1,02 triliun, Rp 1,30 triliun dan Rp 1.28 triliun masing-masing pada tanggal 30 June 2011, 31 Desember 2010 dan 1 Januari 2010.

(3) tanah seluas 776,11 ha, 776,11 ha dan 400 ha masing-masing pada tanggal 30 Juni 2011, 31 Desember 2010 dan 1 Januari 2010, yang terletak di Desa Sukaharja, Sukamantri dan Desa Tajurhalang. Nilai perolehan tanah tersebut adalah sebesar Rp 1,08 triliun, Rp 1,08 triliun dan Rp 677,92 miliar masing-masing pada tanggal 30 Juni 2011, 31 Desember 2010 dan 1 Januari 2010

As of June 30, 2011, December 31, 2010, and January 1, 2010 land bank consists of, among others:

(1) a lot of land of 12,406.57 ha are located in Jonggol, Bogor. Cost of land bank above is amounting to Rp 2.35 trilion.

(2) a lot of land of 5.77 ha are located in Karet Kuningan, Setiabudi, South Jakarta. Cost of land bank above is amounting to Rp 1.30 trillion, Rp 1.02 trillion and Rp 1.28 trilion as of June 30, 2011, December 31, 2010, and January 2010, respectively.

(3) a lot of land of 776.11 ha, 776.11 ha and 400 ha are located as of June 30, 2011 December 31, 2010, and January 2010, in Sukaharja, Sukamantri and Tajurhalang village. Cost of land bank above is amounting to Rp 1.08 trillion, Rp 1.08 trillion and Rp 677.92 billion as June 30, 2011, December 31, 2010, and January 2010 , respectively.

Bunga pinjaman PT Graha Andrasentra Propertindo, Anak perusahaan, yang dikapitalisasi ke dalam tanah yang belum dikembangkan masing-masing sebesar Rp 2,54 miliar, Rp 4,33 miliar dan Rp 1 miliar untuk tahun yang berakhir pada tanggal 30 Juni 2011, 31 Desember 2010 dan 1 Januari 2010.

Capitalization of borrowing cost PT Graha Andrasentra Propertindo, Subsidiary, to land bank is amounting to Rp 2.54 billion, Rp 4.33 billion and Rp 1 billion for the year ended June 30, 2011, December 31, 2010, and January 2010 respectively.

Pada tanggal 30 Juni 2011, properti investasi Perusahaan dan Anak perusahaan terdiri dari bangunan dan prasarana Wisma Bakrie dan 1.279,32 m2 Rasuna Office Park dan 2.897,5 m2 bangunan serta prasarana Orchad Archade yang disewakan kepada pihak ketiga berdasarkan perjanjian sewa, 86,64 m2 retail area

apartemen Tower 18 dan 2.091,89 m2 Taman Rasuna Apartemen, sedangkan pada tanggal 31 Desember 2010, properti investasi Perusahaan dan Anak perusahaan terdiri dari bangunan dan prasarana Wisma Bakrie dan 1.279,32 m2 Rasuna Office Park dan 2.897,5

m2 bangunan serta prasarana Orchad Archade yang disewakan kepada pihak ketiga berdasarkan perjanjian sewa, 86,64 m2 retail area apartemen Tower 18 dan 2.091,89 m2 Taman Rasuna Apartemen, dan pada

tanggal 1 Januari 2010, properti investasi Perusahaan dan Anak perusahaan terdiri dari bangunan dan prasarana Wisma Bakrie dan 1.279,32 m2 Rasuna Office Park yang disewakan kepada pihak ketiga berdasarkan perjanjian sewa, dan 86,64 m2 retail area apartemen

As of June 30, 2011, the Company’s and Subsidiaries’ investment properties consists of building and improvements of Wisma Bakrie and 1,279.32 sqm of Rasuna Office Park and 2,897.5 sqm of building and improvements of Orchard Archade which was rented to third parties based on rental agreement, 86.64 sqm retail area of The 18th apartment and 2,091.89 sqm Taman Rasuna Apartment. Meanwhile As of December 31, 2010, the Company’s and Subsidiaries’ investment properties consists of building and improvements of Wisma Bakrie and 1,279.32 sqm of Rasuna Office Park and 2,897.5 sqm of building and improvements of Orchard Archade which was rented to third parties based on rental agreement, 86.64 sqm retail area of The 18th apartment and 2,091.89 sqm Taman Rasuna

Berdasarkan hasil penelaahan terhadap nilai yang dapat diperoleh kembali dari properti investasi, manajemen Perusahaan dan Anak perusahaan berkeyakinan bahwa tidak terdapat kejadian-kejadian atau perubahan- perubahan yang mengindikasikan adanya penurunan nilai aset pada tanggal 30 Juni 2011, 31 Desember 2010 dan 1 Januari 2010.

Based on the review on the recoverable value of the investment properties, the Company’s and Subsidiaries’ management believe that there is no events or changes indicating assets impairment as of June 30, 2011, December 31, 2010 and January1, 2010.

Beban penyusutan selama tahun 2011, 2010 dan 2009 masing-masing sebesar Rp 1,20 miliar, Rp 3,37 miliar dan Rp 2,43 miliar disajikan sebagai bagian dari akun “Beban Pokok Penghasilan” pada laporan laba rugi konsolidasian.

Depreciation expense during 2011, 2010 and 2009 is amounted to Rp 1.20 billion Rp 3.37 billion and Rp 2.43 billion, respectively, is presented as part of “Cost of Revenues” in the consolidated statements of income.
