Secara garis besar, kebijakan umum tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan yang diterapkan dalam Perseroan merujuk pada peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku.

Komitmen dalam menyejahterakan kehidupan masyarakat, memberikan edukasi kepada generasi muda dan masyarakat pada umumnya menjadi sasaran bagi Perseroan, pelaksanaan tanggung jawab sosial merupakan investasi sosial yang akan memperdalam hubungan timbal balik dengan masyarakat sehingga pada akhirnya dapat memberikan dampak peningkatan kinerja dan branding Perseroan.

Tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan dalam bidang lingkungan hidup dan pelestarian alam menjadi komitmen yang selalu dijaga oleh Perseroan. Komitmen tersebut diimplementasikan melalui kebijakan untuk menjaga lingkungan dimulai dari lingkungan Perseroan sendiri. hal ini dilakukan secara berkala, dengan harapan dapat membawa perubahan ke lingkungan yang lebih besar. hingga saat ini, pegawai dianjurkan untuk meminalisasikan

In broad outline, the general corporate social responsibility policies applied in the Company refer to the prevailing laws and regulation in the country.

Commitment in prospering community life, providing education to the younger generation and the public in general are targets for the Company. Implementation of social responsibility is a social investment that will deepen mutual relationship with the community so it ultimately can impact the Company’s performance improvement and branding.

Corporate social responsibility in the field of environment and nature conservation becomes a commitment that is always maintained by the Company. The commitment is implemented through policies to protect the environment starting from the Company itself. This is done periodically in the hope of bringing change to the larger environment. until now, employees are encouraged to minimize the use of paper and electricity as a concern for the preservation

b. Ketenagakerjaan, Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja
Fokus utama Perseroan dalam bidang Ketenagakerjaan, Kesehatan, dan Keselamatan diarahkan untuk membentuk lingkungan kerja yang mampu mendukung pencapaian target optimal. Kondisi kerja yang baik ini diwujudkan diantaranya dengan memberikan jaminan kesehatan dan keselamatan para pegawai saat bekerja. Area kerja operasional Perseroan yang pada umumnya dilakukan di sekitaran masyarakat tidak mengurangi upaya maksimum Perseroan dalam memberikan jaminan kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja sekaligus tetap memperhatikan kondisi area masyarakat sekitar.
c. pengembangan sosial Kemasyarakatan
Sebuah komitmen Perseroan dalam menjalankan program CSR yang berfokus dalam bidang sosial sebagai bentuk respon terhadap kebutuhan masyarakat sekitar yang benar- benar membutuhkan. Program ini meliputi pemberian dana bantuan dan kegiatan lain sebagai bentuk kegiatan sosial yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat.
d. Tanggung Jawab Kepada Konsumen
Dalam memenuhi tanggung jawab terhadap konsumen, Perseroan menempatkan konsumen sejajar sebagai mitra usaha Perseroan, oleh karena itu Perseroan berkomitmen untuk melakukan komunikasi yang aktif dan responsif. Aktif memberikan informasi yang jelas kepada calon konsumen maupun responsif dalam memberikan layanan keluhan pelanggan yang disampaikan kepada Perseroan.

The Company’s main focus in the areas of Manpower, health, and Occupational Safety is directed to establish a work environment that is capable of supporting the optimal achievement of target. The Company’s operational work area that is generally done around the community does not reduce the maximum effort of the Company to provide a guarantee of health and safety while at the same time taking into account the condition of the communities in the surrounding area.

A commitment of the Company in implementing CSR programs focusing in the social field as a form of response to the needs of local communities that are really in need. This program includes grants and other activities as a form of social activities undertaken by the community.
d. Responsibility to Consumers
In fulfilling its responsibility to consumers, the company put the consumer in parallel as business partners of the Company; therefore the Company is committed to conducting an active and responsive communication. Actively providing clear information to prospective customers and responsive in providing services for customer complaints submitted to the Company.
