RESOLUTION
The Minutes of the Development Assessment Unit Meeting of Council held on 7 November 2017 be confirmed.
ITEM-2 48/2018/AEU - UNAUTHORISED RETAINING WALLS, BOUNDARY FENCING AND FRONT MASONRY FENCE - LOT 13 DP 270784, 57 MYLES CRESCENT, KELLYVILLE
RESOLUTION
The Building Certificate application be approved subject to completion of the following works and submission of the following documentation:
PAGE 2 1. Completion of the retaining walls and boundary fencing along the northern boundary as detailed in architectural and structural plans submitted. The retaining walls and boundary fence are to be constructed at the sole cost of the applicant.
2. Completion of the masonry front fence and associated infill panels. The infill panels are to be of an open style and consistent with the details provided with the application.
3. The completion of a privacy screen adjacent to the northern boundary between the garage and the swimming pool. The screen is to be constructed of opaque/
translucent glass to allow privacy without preventing light from passing through. The screen will be constructed to a height of 1.8 metres from ground level
4. Submission of a Structural Certificate from an appropriately qualified person confirming the structural adequacy of the masonry front fence and the retaining walls, both existing and proposed.
5. Submission of an identification survey plan prepared by a registered surveyor confirming the location of the front fence is wholly within the property boundaries.
