ITEM-2 DA 238/2017/ZB - SUBDIVISION CREATING FOUR RESIDENTIAL LOTS AND ONE ROAD WIDENING LOT - LOT 6 DP 23258, 25 WITHERS ROAD, KELLYVILLE
RESOLUTION
The application be approved subject to conditions as set out in the report with the exception of Condition No. 18 which is to be amended as follows:
18. Tree Removal
Approval is granted for the removal of Tree 2 (Cupressuss leylandii) and Tree 4 (Cupressuss macrocarpa brunniana) only as detailed in the Arborist Report (Abacus Tree Services dated 9 August 2016) required for the construction of the subdivision internal road into the subject property. All other trees located on the site, including trees 1 and 3 as detailed in the Arborist Report (Abacus Tree Services dated 9 August 2016) are to remain and are to be protected during all works.
