Tuesday 12th August Beresfield Bowling Club Meeting opened: 7.40pm

Booking form sent to Maitland Council.
Treasurer's report : balance $7387.70
repay Anne for other padlocks.
Delegate reports: Zone- Tilligerry & Stockton will do Zone Champs 13-14th Dec. Closing Date will be 23/11/14. Regionals at Glendale 14-15th Feb.Wallsend will host Zone Multi at Wallsend. Received paperwork for club but missing achievement sticker books. Working with Children (20/11/14 Raymond Terrace to be confirmed) but 1 person from each club to attend.
SKILLS CLINICS- Medowie 20/9/14 and Raymond Terrace 29/9/14- register online
Consider use of geosnapshot for photography at Zone. Some clubs concerned about open availability of photos. Advised $6 per photo.
Conference: New sponsors- Jetstar, also Choice hotels (use code 00231100 for booking discount and donation to LANSW), Bravehearts
Conference discussion items mainly relay changes- basically all except youngest age groups can be substituted by a younger age group. Boys may wear bike shorts/compression shorts without logos, contrast stitching in club colour without shorts over top.
Presentations attended:
1. Throwing yourself into it/Licence to skill: working with groups in coaching 2. We not Me: getting people together, practical activities
Registrations: will be 23rd and 30th August 9-11.
Canteen: suggestions from conference- toasted cheese sandwiches (kept frozen), sausage sandwiches, slushees (we could use blender), other ideas? Instead of meat pies and/or sausage rolls.
Uniform: will be same price as last year.
General business: School carnivals
Signatures for banking now completed
Advertising: in papers to be arranged special promotion $345 or consider separate ads.
Printed banners and posters put up.
facebook advertising next week Online registration now available.
Any changes to programming ? Inclusion of coaching if possible.
