I would like to offer several suggestions and recommendations to overcome the problems related to the above subject for EXIM Bank Limited and also to improve the performance of this banking concern in general banking. To build Astron's image and reputation in the competitive market, EXIM Bank should emphasize on their advertising and promotional campaigns. They should add a fully computerized general bank in systematics is the fy customers to provide faster and better service.
For easy access to account opening, EXIM Bank should scrap the introductory system. The bank should increase its workforce based on customer demand. EXIM Bank should organize minar meetings and training programs for their interns, allowing them to gain knowledge and learn more about the workplace. Appropriate banking software must be used in order to provide prompt services to its customers. The bank needs to recruit new employees to serve their customers.
