The mortality of Lupus nephritis among children in Indonesia is still 30 percent despite
of
vigorous teatnent (with corticosteroid and cyclophosphamide orally as well asbolus ttrrapy).Oeath was fognd predominantly in patients with a clinicalpresentation of glomenrlonepbritis
or histologic picture of diffirse proliferative glomerulonephritis. The main cause of death was
due to terminal renal failure.
