ABSTRACT
Based on Pancasila and UUD 1945 (constitution), chapter 33 states that land,

North Sumatera also possess potential natural resources to be developed
especially in the minimg development such as oil in Pangkalan Brandan and Nias island

while gold, silver, bronze are found in Notrh Tapanuli, Karo, South Tapanuli and
Other places.
Minimg indusrtry for export has positive effect unto North Sumatera Regional
Domestic Product which means
if
the mining industry product for export has much
growth then rising regional product domestic. The linkage rate for export mining
industry and regional domestic product is 35% with feasibility 60%.
The problem of mining industry development in the future among others are :
limited human resources, needs too much fund (cost), very risk and the like.
