ABSTRAK

E-community Sistem berbasis Customer Relationship Management(CRM) untuk usaha

mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM) di dalam Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)

Pemasaran berkembang dengan pesat dan memahami perilaku konsumen menjadi

salah satu strategi dalam keberhasilan memasarkan produk-produk.Sektor Usaha

Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki keunggulan kompetitif dan perlu

diperhatikan. Mendapatkan pelanggan baru dan yang paling penting adalah

mempertahankan pelanggan yang sudah ada. Meningkatkan Loyalitas Pelanggan

(Customer Relation Management) melalui pemenuhan dan kebutuhan pelanggan.

Sebuah Aplikasi Customer Relation Management dapat berguna bagi pemasaran dan

memudahkan tenaga penjualan. Aplikasi dibangun menggunakan metode Service

Oriented Architecture (SOA).

Kata Kunci : Customer Relation Management, Usaha Mikro Kecil Menenga, Service

ABSTRACT

E-Community Customer Relation Management for Sector Micro Small and Medium

Enterprises (UMKM) in the Service Oriented Architecure (SOA)

Marketing is growing rapidly and understanding consumer behavior becomes one of the

strategies in the success of marketing products. Micro Small and Medium Enterprises

(MSMEs) sector has a competitive advantage and needs to be considered. Getting new and

most important customers is retaining existing customers. Increase Customer Loyalty

(Customer Relation Management) through fulfillment and customer needs. A Customer

Relation Management Application can be useful for marketing and ease of sales force. The

application is built using Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) method.
