General indication: Indikasi umum:
If an article consists of both textile and leather components it will either be tested and certified according to STANDARD 100 by OEKO‑TEX® or LEATHER STANDARD by OEKO‑TEX®, in fact de-pendent on, if the dominant or mainly part (visible surface, mass) of the article consists of textile material or leather. The applicant will receive only one certificate and label for the article(s). The final de-cision on this (particularly also at ambiguous cases) has the manda-ted and certifying institute.
Jika sebuah artikel terdiri dari kedua komponen tekstil dan kulit akan diuji dan disertifikasi berdasarkan STANDARD 100 by OEKO‑TEX® atau LEATHER STANDARD by OEKO‑TEX®, pada ke-nyataannya bergantung pada, jika yang dominan dan bagian utama (permukaan yang terlihat, banyak) artikel terdiri dari bahan tekstil dan kulit. Due to their independent status for the purposes of quality assur-ance, the testing institute and certification body are obliged to keep all data secret. Therefore the institute gives a guarantee of absolute secrecy. These data of the application are exclusively used to deter-mine the number of tests necessary for the certification.
Sehubungan dengan status independen yang dimiliki lembaga pengujian dan badan sertifikasi dalam hal jaminan mutu, maka lem-baga pengujian dan badan sertifikasi tersebut berkewajiban untuk menjaga kerahasiaan seluruh data. Oleh karena itu lembaga terse-but harus memberikan jaminan kerahasiaan sepenuhnya. Data-da-ta ini hanya digunakan untuk menentukan jumlah pengujian yang diperlukan untuk proses sertifikasi.
Contact details (company, responsible person, address, e‑mail ad-dress, telephone and fax number) as well as information about the certificate (certificate number, name of products , product class, in-formation validity , etc.) are transmitted during the certification process to the OEKO‑TEX® Association, Genferstrasse 23, CH-8027 Zurich and processed there further.

In case of an application for renewal the applicant confirms with an authorized signature of this application that all the above supple-mentary data, together with the data given in the original applica-tion, are to such a degree complementary that they refer to the to-day’s state. The applicant is further obliged to inform the testing institute of any alterations immediately and takes note of the fact that the conformity declaration signed when obtaining certification is still valid. In case that at the renewal process the articles were tested the first time according to the Appendix 6 of the STANDARD 100 by OEKO‑TEX® the applicant has to sign absolutely a new dec-laration of conformity.
Dalam kasus permohonan perpanjangan pemohon mengkonfirmasi dengan tanda tangan resmi pada aplikasi ini bahwa semua data tambahan di atas, bersamaan dengan data yang diberikan dalam aplikasi asli, sedemikian rupa sehingga merupakan pelengkap yang mereka sebutkan pada kondisi saat ini. Selanjutnya pemohon ber-kewajiban untuk segera memberitahukan kepada lembaga penguji-an untuk setiap perubahpenguji-an dpenguji-an mengingat fakta bahwa pernyatapenguji-an kesesuaian yang ditandatangani ketika memperoleh sertifikasi ada-lah masih berlaku. Jika pada proses perpanjangan artikel diuji per-tama kali sesuai dengan Lampiran 6 dari STANDARD 100 by OEKO‑TEX® pemohon harus benar-benar menandatangani pernya-taan kesesuaian yang baru.
