PENGARUH PROFITABILITY, LEVERAGE DAN FIRM SIZE TERHADAP
BOND RATING PADA PERUSAHAAN NONKEUANGAN YANG
TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Profitability, Leverage dan Firm Size terhadap Bond Rating pada Perusahaan Nonkeuangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penelitan ini menggunakan data sekunder dengan menggunakan populasi sebanyak 69 perusahaan dan 17 perusahaan sebagai sampel selama periode 2011-2014. Variabel penelitian ini terdiri dari Profitability, Leverage dan Firm Size sebagai variabel independen dan Bond Rating sebagai variabel dependen. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis Regresi Linier Berganda dengan tingkat signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Profitability, Leverage dan Firm Size secara simultan atau serempak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Bond Rating pada Perusahaan Nonkeuangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Hasil uji parsial (uji t) menunjukkan bahwa Leverage berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Bond Rating. Profitability dan Firm Size berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Bond Rating pada Perusahaan Nonkeuangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Kemampuan prediksi dari ketiga variabel tersebut terhadap Bond Rating dalam penelitian ini sebesar 31,5%, sedangkan sisanya 68,5% dijelaskan oleh faktor lain yang tidak dimasukkan ke dalam model penelitian.

THE EFFECT OF PROFITABILITY, LEVERAGE AND FIRM SIZE OF THE BOND RATING ON NONFINANCIAL COMPANY
LISTED ON INDONESIA STOCK EXCHANGE
The aim of this study was to identify and analyze the effect of Profitability, Leverage and Firm Size to the Bond Rating in Non-financial Company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses secondary data using a population of 69 companies and 17 companies in the sample during the 2011-2014 period. The variables of this study consisted of Profitability, Leverage and Firm Size as independent variables and Bond Rating as the dependent variable. This study uses Multiple Linear Regression analysis with a significance level of 5%. The results showed that Profitability, Leverage and Firm Size simultaneously significantly effect to the Company’s Bond Rating Non-financial listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange. The result of partial test (t-test) showed that Leverage a significant negative on the Bond Rating. Profitability and Firm Size no significant positive effect on Company’s Bond Rating Non-financial listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange. The predictive ability of these three variables to Bond Rating in this study amounted to 31,5%, while the remaining 68,5% is affected by other factors not included in the model study.
