This proposal is submitted in order to find financial support (grant/seed funding) for developing and establishing an e-learning site for dissemination of renewable energy in Indonesia in particular and Asia in general.
The definition of e-learning hub is an online internet site where users can register and access

researchers, energy investors, and common stakeholders (users).
In order to get revenues, the proposed e-learning hub will accept online ads, banners as well as accepting
membership fee for special tutorial/modules.
