NOTA KESEPAHAMAN MENGENAI BANTUAN HIBAH

YANG BERKENAAN DENGAN KERJASAMA EKONOMI DAN TEKNIK ANT ARA

PEMERINTAH REPUBLIK INDONESIA DAN PEMERINTAH REPUBLIK RAKYAT CHINA

Pemerintah Republik Indonesia dan Pemerintah Republik Rakyat China dengan maksud untuk mengembangkan lebih jauh hubungan persahabatan dan kerjasama ekonomi dan teknik antara kedua Negara , telah menyepakati hal-hal sebagai berikut:

PASALI

Sesuai dengan keinginan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia, Pemerintah Republik Rakyat China memberikan bantuan hibah kepada Pemerintah Republik Indonesia senilai RMB Yuan 40.000.000,00 (Renminbi 40 juta Yuan saja).

PASAL II

Bantuan hibah di atas akan digunakan untuk membiayai proyek-proyek yang akan dibahas dan diputuskan oleh kedua Pemerintah.

PASAL Ill

Prosedur akuntansi yang rinci untuk pelaksanaan kesepakatan ini akan dibahas dan ditentukan bersama antara Departemen Keuangan atas nama Pemerintah Republik Indonesia dan Bank of China atas nama Pemerintah Republik Rakyat China.

Desember 1999, dalam bahasa lnggris, China, dan Indonesia, masing-masing pihak menyimpan dokumen asli dan semua naskah mempunyai kekuatan hukum yang sama. Jika terdapat perbedaan mengenai penafsiran, maka naskah dalam bahasa lnggris harus berlaku.

MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING ON GRANT ASSISTANCE IN RELATION TO ECONOMIC AND TECHNICAL COOPERATION

BETWEEN

THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA AND THE GOVERNMENT OF THE PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA

The Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the Government of the People's Republic of China with a view to further developing friendly relations and economic and technical cooperation between the two countries. have agreed as follows:

ARTICLE I

In accordance with the needs of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia, the Government of the People's Republic of China provides the Government of the Republic of Indonesia with a grant of RMB Yuan 40,000,000.00 (Renminbi Forty Million Yuan only).

ARTICLE II

The above-mentioned grant shall be used for the projects to be discussed and decided by the two Governments of Indonesia and China.

ARTICLE Ill

The detailed accounting procedures for the implementation of this Memorandum shall be discussed and concluded between the Ministry of Finance on behalf of the Government of Indonesia and Bank of China on behalf of the Government of the People's Republic of China.

ARTICLE IV

IN WITNESS WHEREOF the undersigned, duly authorized thereto by their respective Governments, have signed this Memorandum.
