PENGARUH KECERDASAN EMOSIONAL, KEPUASAN KERJA, DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASIONAL TERHADAP
KINERJA KARYAWAN PT. PERKEBUNAN NUSANTARA III (PERSERO) MEDAN
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kecerdasasn emosional, kepuasan kerja, dan komitmen organisasional terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang berada di kantor pusat medan yang berjumlah 914 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode proportional random sampling, yaitu sampel diambil secara acak melalui penarikan nomor sehingga didapatkan sampel sebanyak 90 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode analisis deskriptif dan analisis statistik. Dan metode pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkkan bahwa variabel kecerdasan emosional, kepuasan kerja, dan komitmen organisasional secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan. Secara parsial variabel kecerdasan emosional dan komitmen organisasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan variabel kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan. Melalui pengujian koefisien determinasi yang disesuaikan (Adjusted R square) diperoleh nilai sebesar 0,509, berarti 50,9% kinerja karyawan dapat dijelaskan oleh kecerdasan emosional, kepuasan kerja, dan komitmen organisasional. Sedangkan sisanya 49,1% dapat dijelaskan oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

THE IMPACT OF EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE, JOB SATISFACTION, AND ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT TOWARDS
EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE OF PT. PERKEBUNAN NUSANTARA III (PERSERO) MEDAN
The purpose of this study to identify and analyze the impact of emotional intelligence, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment towards employee performance of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan. The population of this study is all employees who are in the central office Medan totaling 914 people. The sampling technique used is proportional random sampling method, the sample is selected randomly through the withdrawal of numbers so that the samples of this study are 90 respondents. Data analysis techniques were using descriptive analysis technique and statistic analysis technique. Questionnaire, observation, and documentation studying were used as data collection technique of this research.
The result of this research showed that emotional intelligence, job satisfaction, and organizational performance give positive and significant impact towards employee performance of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan. While based on t-test, emotional intelligence and organizational commitment have positive and significant impact towards employee perfomance, however job satisfaction give positive impact but not significantly towards employee performace of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan. Through testing the adjusted coefficient of determination (Adjusted R square) obtained a value of 0,509 which means 50,9% employee performance can be explained by emotional intelligence, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment. While the remaining 49.1% can be explained by other variables not examined in this study.
