Abstract
Clustered system network is a business web based application which has a purpose to be a business network between UMKM in order to raise the working, bring up a central product, give an online business room to UMKM and creating a group of joint venture of working among UMKM. The problem which may arise in the clustered system network is when the clustered admin, the member of the cluster and the customer got some information of ordering product and payment which can not directly and quickly known. Because they have to check them from browser. So, in order to get information easier, a business notification needed which able to show some information of ordered product including its payment information quickly. In building the system, the prototype method is used as a developing method of business notification system with a push notification message technology. The development of this application is using a phonegap framework in it’s process of showing the notification.

Abstrak
Sistem Jejaring Klaster merupakan aplikasi bisnis berbasis web bagi Klaster yang bertujuan supaya terjadi jejaring bisnis antar UMKM guna peningkatan daya usaha, memunculkan sentra produk, memberi ruang bisnis online bagi UMKM dan menciptakan Kelompok Usaha Bersama antar UMKM. Persoalan yang timbul pada Sistem Jejaring Klaster saat para Admin Klaster, Anggota Klaster dan Pelanggan memperoleh informasi pemesanan produk dan pembayaran tidak dapat diketahui secara langsung dan cepat. Karena mereka harus mengeceknya melalui browser. Untuk mempermudah dalam memperoleh informasi tersebut, diperlukan suatu aplikasi notifikasi bisnis yang mampu menampilkan informasi pemesanan produk dan pembayaran secara cepat. Dalam membangun sistem digunakan metode prototype sebagai metode pengembangan sistem notifikasi bisnis dengan teknologi push message notification. Pengembangan aplikasi ini menggunakan framework Phonegap dalam proses menampilkan notifikasi.
