3based on the character of time early ripening and high production soybean plant
(Glycine max L. Merril,) Supervised by DIANA SOFIA HANAFIAH and YUSUF
HUSNI.
The aim of the research was to know the special individu of M
3generation
soybean plant (glycine max L Merril). The research was conducted at
experimental field of college of Agriculture USU (± 25 m asl) in Agustus 2015
-Desember 2015. The parameters observed were the days of flowering, plant
height, number of primer branches, harvesting time, number of pods one seed,
number of pods two seed, number of pods three seed, number of pods four seed,
number of pods, number of empty pods, number of seed pods one, number of seed
pods two, number of seed pods three number of seed pods four, seed weight,
100-seed weight.
The result showed that the gamma at M2 generetion dose : 100 Gy, 200
Gy and 300 Gy affected the character the time of flowering,the time of
harves,plant height, the number of branches, the number of pods, the number of
seeds, seed weigth per plant, weigth of 100 seeds. At 100 Gy population number
of productivity the plant more increasing and at 300 Gy time of flowering become
the longer.
