The purpose of this research was knowing the components of operational costs, components investment costs and personal costs junior high school in district Wonosobo . This research use descriptive research with qualitative approach. The subject of this research that all the resources of members of the data that have necessary information, the source of this data is the principal, treasurer, public relations, head of TU, the teacher and the parents. Data were obtained through interview techniques, questionnaires and recap archives. this research result is 1) Operational cost in district Wonosobo consists of: a) the cost of the welfare of educators; b) the cost of profession / training and supervision; c) the cost of the delivery of teaching and learning; d) the cost of assessment; e) the cost of maintenance and replacement; f) the cost of power and services; and g) the cost of coaching students. 2) The cost of investment in District Wonosobo consists of: a) the cost of the construction of classrooms; b) the cost of the construction of the library; c) the development cost science laboratory; d) the cost of the construction of places of worship; e) the cost of construction of toilets; f) cost of the purchase of text books; g) the cost of the purchase of library books; h) the cost of purchasing books source; i) the cost of purchasing books equipment; j) the cost of the purchase of props; k) the cost of purchasing new instruments; l) cost of purchasing LCD; m) the cost of purchasing a computer; and n) the cost of purchasing equipments.3) Personal costs in District Wonosobo consists of: a) the cost of school supplies students; b) the cost of transport of students; c) the cost of students needed; and e) the cost of purchasing student worksheets.
