PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI, KEPUASAN KERJA DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI TERHADAP ORGANIZATIONAL
CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR PADA KARYAWAN PT. FEDERAL INTERNATIONAL FINANCE
MEDAN
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi, kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) pada karyawan di PT. Federal International Finance Medan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Federal International Finance Medan yang bergerak dibidang pembiayaan. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin, yaitu dipilih sebanyak 67 dari 199 karyawan dengan menggunakan teknik Random Sampling. Pengumpulan data primer menggunakan kuisioner dan pengumpulan data sekunder menggunakan studi pustaka. Pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan nilai signifikansi
α = 5% (0,05).
Hasil yang didapat dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan budaya organisasi, kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior karyawan PT. Federal International Finance Cabang Medan. Nilai R Square sebesar 0,277 berarti 27,7% organizational citizenship behavior dapat dijelaskan oleh budaya organisasi, kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi, sedangkan sisanya 72,3% dapat dijelaskan oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

THE INFLUENCE OF ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE, JOB SATISFACTION AND ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT
ON ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR OF PT. FEDERAL INTERNATIONAL FINANCE
MEDAN
This research aims to find out the influence of organizational culture, job satisfaction and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior of PT. Federal International Finance Medan. The population of this research are employees of PT. Federal Internationan Finance who is engaged in finance. The sampling techniques using the formula Slovin, selected 67 from 199 employees which are taken by random Sampling. Primary data collections were taken using questionnaires and secondary data from literature studies. The hypothesis of this research is analyzed
using multiple linear regression analysis with signification level of α 5% (0,05).
This result obtained from this study shows that the simultaneously organizational culture, job satisfaction and organizational commitment was significantly influence for employees on organizational citizenship behavior of PT. Federal International Finance Medan. The value of R Square is 0,277 which means the 27,7% organizational citizenship behavior can be explained by organizational culture, job satisfaction and organizational commitment , in the other hand the rest of 72,3% is described by other variables excluded from this research.
