ABSTRACT
ANDHIKA EKA PUTRA. Exploration of Poisonous Mushroom which have
Potency a s Biopesticide Ma teria l in Educa tion Forest Ba rus Mount. Supervised by YUNUS AFIFUDDIN dan RIDWANTI BATUBARA.
Most of the people in a round Educa tion Forest Ba rus Mount worked a s a fa rmer. Efforts by fa rmers to era dica te pla nt pests still use chemica l pesticides, which ca n da mage la nd a nd crops. And the fina lly, a gricultura l products ca n be da ngerous to hea lthy. In beside tha t, production costs incurred will be increa se. Therefore, there wa s a n a lterna tive to the use of the fungus a s a pesticide. There a re some purposes of this study, which is to identify the species of poisonous mushroom, to a na lysis the diversity species of fungi tha t conta in a poison (toxin), to a na lysis the content of phytochemica ls found in severa l species of poisonous mushroom, a nd knowing the potentia l for development of poisonous mushroom in Educa tion Forest Ba rus Mount. The method used wa s purposive sa mpling plots. The results obta ined from this study is there a re 18 species of mushrooms ma croscopica l a nd a s ma ny a s 14 different species of fungi tha t do skrining phytochemica ls to know the content of seconda ry meta bolites, including 9 species tha t conta in a lka loids, there is not mushroom conta ins fla vonoids, steroid-terpenoid, a nd 6 species of fungi conta ining sa ponins. Ba sed on the a na lysis of vegeta tion, wa s know tha t types which ha ve the highest importa nce va lue index is Ma ra smius siccus, wherea s species tha t ha ve the lowest importa nce va lue index is Ama nita sp2. According with the da ta a na lysis of vegeta tion were a lso obta ined the index diversity a t 2,18. The mushroom which a ble to cultiva ting is mushroom which ha s complex seconda ry meta bolit compound such as Ama nita sp1 a nd Psa thyrella bipellis. Conditions environment a re suit by growing both of the mushroom.

ABSTRAK
ANDHIKA EKA PUTRA.
