Analisa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kadar merkuri (Hg) dalam urin pada pekerja tambang emas di Desa Panton Luas Kecamatan Sawang
Kabupaten Aceh Selatan
Merkuri (Hg) merupakan salah satu unsur logam berat yang mendapat perhatian utama dalam segi kesehatan karena bersifat toksik terhadap manusia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kadar merkuri (Hg) dalam urin pada pekerja tambang emas di Desa Panton Luas Kecamatan Sawang Kabupaten Aceh Selatan. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah
total sampling sebanyak 30 orang. Data diperoleh dari kuesioner dan pemeriksaan laboratorium kadar merkuri dalam urin. Uji statistik yang digunakan adalah chi-square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kadar merkuri dalam urin pada pekerja tambang emas paling tinggi adalah 3,8 μg/l dan paling rendah adalah 2,0
μg/l, hasil uji bivariat diperoleh bahwa faktor yang berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kadar merkuri dalam urin pekerja tambang emas adalah lama bekerja di pertambangan (p<0,05). Penelitian ini merekemondasikan untuk penelitian selanjutnya agar menggunakan kelompok kontrol untuk melihat perbedaan kadar merkuri pada orang yang terpapar merkuri secara langsung dengan pekerja tambang emas yang tidak terlibat dalam proses amalgamasi dan masyarakat setempat yang berisiko terpapar merkuri akibat pencemaran dari kegiatan pertambangan di desa tersebut.

Analysis of factors that influence the levels of mercury (Hg) in the urine of workers in the gold mining village of Panton Luas Sawang
subdistrict South Aceh
Mercury (Hg) is a heavy metal that is a major concern in terms of health because it is toxic to humans. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the levels of mercury (Hg) in the urine of workers in the gold mining village of Panton Luas Sawang subdistrict South Aceh. The sampling technique is the total sampling of 30 people. Data were obtained from questionnaires and laboratory tests mercury levels in the urine. The statistical test used was chi-square. The results showed that the levels of mercury in the urine of the highest gold mine workers was 3.8 mg / l and the lowest was 2.0 g / l, the results bivariate test showed that the factors that significantly affect the levels of mercury in the urine is an old gold miners working in mines (p< 0,05). This study commending for future research to use a control group to see the difference in mercury levels in people who are directly exposed to mercury by gold miners, who were not involved in the process of amalgamation and the local community at risk of exposure to mercury pollution from mining activities in the village.
