PREFACE
I would like to be thankful to Allah SWT for giving me opportunity in
composing this final project report. This report is written to fulfill the requirement in
obtaining degree the English Diploma program of Sebelas Maret University. I did the
job training in Marketing and Sales Department in Public Relations section of
Favehotel Adisucipto and Favehotel Solo Baru.
The aims of this final project report are to evaluate the communication
channels, especially internet by mentioning, explaining and analyzing (both strengths
and weaknesses) all of them more detail and to propose improvement of
communication channels which have existed in Favehotel Adisucipto and Favehotel
Solo Baru.
Finally, I realize that the report might be flaw, so I feel that this report should
have any suggestion and criticisms for better improvement. I will be welcome for any
advice for this final project report.
Hopefully this final project can be useful to the readers, especially for those
who are interested in Public Relations in hotel industry.

ABSTRACT
Faisal Agata Ardiarta. 2013. Communication Channels in FavehotelAdisucipto and Favehotel Solo Baru. English Diploma Program, Faculty of Letters and Fine Arts, SebelasMaret University.
This final project is written based on job training done at Favehotel Adisucipto and Favehotel Solo Baru for three months in Marketing and Sales Department. I did some jobs along with the Public Relations Officer of Favehotel Adisucipto and Favehotel Solo Baru by helping her making press release, attending events, meeting journalists, writing response in internet, etc.
The aims of present study are to evaluate communication channels, especially internet communication in Favehotel Adisucipto and Favehotel Solo Baru and to propose improvement in the existing communication channel (internet) in these hotels. Internet as one of communication channels is effective because the purpose of using official website, Agoda, Tripadvisor and email has been achieved.
Thus, I propose improvement to make the use of internet more effective. The
