BRIEF SUMMARY
The observation took place in PT MAKMUR ALAM SENTOSA for two days. This Observation is one of the requirement for students to graduate so this observation is very important. Not only because it is part of the requirement, the most important is because observation will make students learn new things in the real work that students have to face later after graduating. The real life is started after the graduation. Through this observation student could learn the comparison between of theories learned in classromm and the practice applied in work.
In the school, student learned about OFFICE ADMINISTRATION AND SECRETARY, in which they learned about many things in related to the job. whereas in the observation, author observed the use of telephone in the office, observed the daily job of secretary, observed the telephone service of the secretary and other things in doing telephoning.
