The aim of this research is to examine the factors affecting the Accounting Information System Performance in the Hospitals. The sample of this research was all staffs that relates to the Accounting Information System in Rumah Sakit Islam Siti Rahmah Padang. Preliminary observation and field survey are used to gather the data. The results of this research conclude that the performance of the Rumah Sakit Islam Siti Rahmah Padang is affected by the factors, that are: user involvement in information system development, top management support, formalization of information system, and education and training program for users, show positive and significant effect on the performance of the Information System, but capability and experience of information system personnel variable do not significantly influence the performance. So, those factors are very important in order to improve the performance of the Hospital
