and its implementation in Indonesia.
SHORT DESCRIPTION OF COURSE
This course provides fundamental and comprehensive understanding on the definition of Human Rights, Human Rights
History, Human Rights Theory, Human Rights Principles, Human Rights Generation, Human Rights Enforcement, Human
Rights sources and international instrument, Human Rights Violations, State Obligations towards Human Rights, National
Human Rights Instruments and Human Rights Guarantees in the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia and its
implementation in Indonesia, the Human Rights Court and the KKR.
