DECREE OF THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE NO. 24/MPP/Kep/1/2002 DATED JANUARY 15, 2002
ON
RELIEF AND APPOINTMENT OF THE CHAIRMAN CONCURRENTLY MEMBER OF THE INDONESIAN ANTI-DUMPING COMMITTEE (KADI)
THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE, Considering :
a. that for official purposes, it is necessary to dismiss Drs. RIYANTO B. YOSOKUMORO from his position as the chairman concurrently member of the Indonesian Anti-Dumping Committee (KADI).
b. that Ir. DIAH MAULIDA, MA is considered capable and meeting requirements for the chairman of the Indonesian Anti-Dumping Committee (KADI).
c. that in relation thereto, it is necessary to issue a decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade;
In view of :
1. Government Regulation No. 96/2000 on the Authority to Appoint, Transfer and Dismiss Civil Servants (Statute Book of 2000 No. 193, Supplement to Statute Book No. 4014); 2. Presidential Decree No. 17/2000 on the Realization of the State Budget of Revenue and
Expenditure;
3. Presidential Decree No. 177/2000 on Organization Structures and Tasks of Ministries as already amended several times and the latest by Presidential Decree No. 58/2001;
4. Presidential Decree No. 228/M/2001 on the Establishment of the Cabinet of Gotong Royong (Mutual Cooperation);
5. Presidential Decree No. 325/M/2001 on the Relief and Appointment of Echelon-I Officials within the Ministry of Industry and Trade;
6. Decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade No. 427/MPP/Kep/10/2000 on the Indonesian Anti-Dumping Committee;
7. Decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade No. 86/MPP/Kep/3/2001 on the Organization and Working System of the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
DECIDES : To stipulate :
FIRST :
expression of gratitude for his dedication in performing his tasks. SECOND :
To appoint Ir. DIAH MAULIDA, MA, a senior advisor of the Ministry of Industry and Trade in the field of Technology, Industrial Fortification and Restructurization, as the chairman concurrently member of the Indonesian Anti-Dumping Committee (KADI).
THIRD :
To instruct the personnel as meant in FIRST and SECOND dictum to promptly hold the transfer of position and perform his tasks at his best.
FOURTH :
All costs arising from the execution this decree are borne by the Budget of the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
FIFTH :
This decree starts to be effective as of the date of stipulation.
