T o n a m e a f e w , t h e r e a r e s o m e p r o b l e m s w i t h r e g u l a t i o n , p r o t e c t i o n , v a l u i n g , p r i c i n g a n d t r a n s f e r r i n g t h e s e n t e l l e c t u a l p r o p e r t i e s . R e s o l v i n g t h e s e p r o b l e m s a n d r e m o v i n g t h e s e d i f f i c u l t i e s w i l l a c c e l e r a t e t h e p a c e o f e c o n o m i c d e v e l o p m e n t . H a n a f l t e s b e l i e v e t h a t " p r o p e r t y " is " t h e t h i n g i t s e l f 2 I " o n w h i c h o n e c a n d o a t r a n s a c t i o n s o r m u n i f i c e n c e .
