vision.Kelompokbutajikaseseorangsamasekalitidakmampumenerimarangsangancahay
adariluar (visusnya = 0), sedangkanlow vision
jikaseseorangmasihmampumenerimarangsangancahayadariluar,
tetapiketajamannyalebihdari 6/21, atauhanyamampumembacaheadline suratkabar.
Anaktunanetramemilikikemampuankognitif yang beragam,
dantidaksedikitdarianaktunanetra yang
memilikihambatanberhitungperkalian.Sepertistudipendahuluan yang dilakukan di
SLB NegeriACiteureupCimahipadaanakkelas VI berinisial BI,
penelitimenemukanpermasalahan yang
terjadipadaanaktunanetradengankelompokanaklow vision. Subjek
BImemlikihambatandalamaspekkemampuanberhitungkhususnyaperkalian di atas

menerapkanmetodejarimatikasejakawalpadaanak, menyiapkantenagaahli yang
mahirmenggunakanjarimatika,
danuntukpenelitianselanjutnyadapatmengembangkandenganruanglingkup yang
lebihluasseperti 1-100.

Abstract
The study is Effect Jarimatika Method of Multiplication Counting Capabilities towards in Sixth Grade Student in SLBN ACiteureup. There has two group of children with visual impairment that is including blindness and low vision. Blind is a people who enable to receive a light stimuli from the outside (visus = 0), whereas low vision is a person who able to receive light stimuli from the outside, but the sharpness is more than 6/21, or their has only able to read a newspaper headline. Children with visual impairment have a variety of cognitive ablilities, one of their problem is barriers arithmetic multipication. As a preliminary study conducted in SLBN A CiteureupCimahi to student with initial BI sixth grade chlidren, researched found that the problem occures in a group of chlidren with a low vision. He have possess obtacles in aspect of numeracy skill in particular multiplication above 10. Jarimatika method is one of the method to improve the numeracy skills of multipication. The purpose of this study is to obtain a direct description of the jarimatika method infulence on the ability of low vision studenth in arithmetic operation of multiplication of 11 to 15, 16 to 20, and a combination of 11 to 15 anf 16 to 20. The
reasearchmethode used in this study is Single Subject Research (SSR), A – B – A
design with collection data techniques using essay test. Based on observations, research, and the result of data proseccing. The results obtained indicare the mean of each level, the baseline-1 (A-1) with baseline-2 (A-2) to obtain the mean lebelfo 22.6% to 77.25%. Then we can conclude that method has given a subject BI to provide a positivr influence on arithmetic mulpiplication. The recommendation of the researher to apllyjarimatikamethode since early childhood, preparing expert adept at using this method, and for the further reaseach can develop with a wider scope as 1 to 100.
